Surprisingly delightful experience! I have some jewelry that has been lying around for a while. The process of uploading photos to get an estimate was intuitive and the whole end to end process of sending jewelry and getting paid was also great. I got regular email updates throughout the process. I ultimately got $630 after an initial online estimate of $650. Will definitely be selling more stuff after this experience and highly recommend it to others.

I was a little hesitant sending my jewelry through the mail, so I went to a local jewelry store. They gave me an offer but I checked online and I saw Unvault on Facebook. They had a program to check the value right away it was much higher than the jewelry store. I contacted them and found them to be very professional. They sent me a mail slip and insured everything for the value. Once received they reviewed and sent me a revised offer. It was actually higher than the original offer and more than double of the local jewelry store. Everything was handled perfectly and i received the payment within a few days into my account.
