Good service didnt have very many problems. Except blotchy calls where other caller couldnt hear me.

I now have two lines with Unreal Mobile on their GSM 4G LTE network and am completely satisfied. I live in a somewhat rural area and my previous T-Mobile service was sometimes too spoty as I traveled around my home town area. Unreal Mobile's coverage/service has been overall a better experience without the "dead zones" I experienced before. The pricing options for the plans are in my opinion are a great value. The mobile app that you have to use with the service is pretty decent. The app provides a nice overview of your service usage and plan details along with housing your text messages. The ability to adjust your plan and settings from the Unreal Mobile app is also a nice feature. Other niceties of the service plans is roll-over data which is great if you typically have good wifi and can save the 4G data for when you really need it and also when you do run out you are just throttle back to a slower speed and not completely cut off or billed overages. The last thing I noticed in the plan settings is the ability to throttle your own speeds to help stretch out your data. I've had this turned on for a few months and it works flawlessly and appears to limit you to about 3MB download speeds which honestly is enough speed for almost all phone related data tasks. I think this is neat little feature to apply to a child's line. The second line I added was for my daughter as an x-mas gift. I purchased a new unlocked Android phone from a major online retailer and ordered a Unreal Mobile SIM card. The service was quick and easy to setup following the instructions on the SIM card packaging. My daughter is absolutely loving her new phone/service and is so excited to have her very own phone number.

So far as advertised with no issues. As much data as you need.

The cell service is a little spotty but for the low price I can live with it.

The data speed and reliability is very satisfying, but only the users with Sprint service can get a real mobile number. The VOIP number with AT&T service has some trouble with some services which require verification.

Great prices for great service, not just for myself but the whole entire family! Awesome $10 unlimited everything plan for those on a tight budget or for your preteens/teens who has to have a cellphone. Awesome deal with a 12mo plan for just $99!!! And you can bring your own phone and not only do you get a Sim card when you order but a 2 week trial! I would definitely recommend! This is a total upgrade from straight talk and other tracphones out there right now plus the prices can't be beat

I was a bit cynical at first, but Unreal has turned out to be an awesome value and I wish I would have found it sooner.

I use mostly data. I don't use a lot of it but it is the biggest amount of a service I use. I've tried free services with a 250mb cap. I kinda blow through that by the third week of a month. Then I get all these charges for top-ups and all this other crap charges for stuff I never use. By the end of the month that free 250mb cost me 25 dollars. Not with Unreal. 10 dollars. Flat. Done-zo. I did run out my data limit on purpose the first month to see what the speed was like. Excellent. They're 2G bump down is actually fast enough to still function on the road. I can update my maps and do basic web searches no problem. Instant messengers like FB msgr and Discord still work fine. Images load slow but that doesn't bother me a bit. Email is still usable. It's great! It's even better if you never go over your cap! Even if you do there's no hidden fees that sudden show up when you check your dashboard.
