Rubbish kept saying we are sending been 36 hours and nothing scam company

This is very worst App to complete the transaction on time. They will provide 3 business days but after 5 days with multiple calls and discussions they completed transaction. Customer team is Simply saying sorry for the delay. very worst service by this App. Don’t use this worst App and worst service by the team.

Completely fraud Company. They have deposited the money in the receiver's account as VDA with Abhibha Technologies as the sender - virtual digital asset. When I asked for the receipt , the customer support said that they don't provide one. How can a company can not provide the receipts of the transaction and tell themselves as a financial company? Now the receiver has to pay taxes on the money received as a family support. Won't recommend anyone to use their services.

You get a standard computer generated reply. You cannot get a live person or any sensible reply, unreliable and not trustworthy

I strongly advise against using Unplex if your recipient needs the funds urgently. I sent money to my family due to an emergency, and even after more than three days, they still haven’t received it. There's no live customer support—only limited chat availability—and the lack of communication only adds to the frustration. I’ve sent multiple emails without receiving any response. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience so others can avoid going through the same ordeal. We send money to support our loved ones in critical moments, expecting it to arrive quickly. Instead, trying to contact their team has been a major hassle. If I could give zero stars, I would. Please stay away from this service. Please DO NOT USE THEM.

I had the worst experience ever with UnPlex, and I strongly advise everyone to avoid using their service. They do not provide any timeline for when the money will actually reach the recipient, leaving you completely in the dark. Their tech support is an absolute joke. There is no phone number to call, and even their so-called “chat support” is non-existent. I waited for over 24 hours just to get a response, which was completely unhelpful. To make matters worse, my money never even reached India, but their system falsely showed the transaction as “successful.” I had to contact them multiple times just to get my refund, wasting my time and causing unnecessary stress. This company is unreliable, unresponsive, and a complete nightmare to deal with. Save yourself the trouble and use a reputable remittance service instead!

I am trying to get amount transferred from Past couple of days and it seems not working out. Process is simple yet cumbersome. Support sucks. Cancelled payment goes to their wallet first why?
