Moving Made Easy!
My first experience with Unpakt was also the first time I was moving in New York City and all by myself. I was nervous about the whole process, because in the past, I had always had help from my parents or a friend. Luckily, my former roommate referred me to Unpakt and I'm so glad she did! She showed me how easy it was to create an inventory, pick a moving company, and schedule a moving date and time. I was sold immediately because Unpakt's features simplified every aspect of moving. My favorite feature was the ability to create an inventory and list all the items you were planning to move. There was no guesswork involved and I felt that the quoted prices from the moving companies was fair for the amount of stuff I had. I also appreciated that at any time before my move, I could add or delete items from my inventory. Unpakt called me a day after I booked my movers to go through my moving plan with me and answer any questions I may have had, which I thought was great. It's one thing to offer services, but another to follow up and make sure everything would run smoothly! Whenever my friends mention that they're planning to move soon, I always bring up Unpakt. They helped me feel so much more at ease about my move and it was a breeze. I already know for my next move that I will be using Unpakt again!
