Received unlock code after 2 days. Samsung Note 8 (AT&T) is now unlocked and able to use T-Mobile sim.

Amazing experience! This is my third phone to unlock with unlockradar

Its a rip off for a free service. I had an iphone6s on AT&T and this is what they do. They first ask for the IMEI and tell you if it is unpaid for, they will charge you 5€ and if eveyrthing is paid for it will be 30€. Then what they do is: a) Just go to the AT&T website and enter the IMEI you provided them b) The website tells them: i) it is unpaid for = they reply to you saying it is impossible (= 5€ profit), or ii) the phone has been paid for, AT&T sends them the code amd they send you the unlock code (=30€ profit) They are not doing anything technical - just looking up 1 website. If this is all that is required is should be 5€ for the unlock not 30. It's just preying on older people like myself who are not tech "savvy"

The time taken at times is too long. There was a time when the phone is unlocked, however I am informed 4 days layer. Service wise they are doing the Job Good. !

Excellent service, turn around time was 24 hours. Only challenge was using the correct codes in the right order as first ones didn't work, but eventually the last code on the list worked. A little more guidance on this for the novice would be great. Otherwise, happy S9+ owner now not locked to Vodafone.
