They sent an email claiming the unlock was complete on my IPhone 4. However, the phone still won’t work with anything other than an AT&T SIM card. I’ve emailed them 3 times asking for information and they will not respond. I finally had to file a dispute with my credit card company over the charge. Don’t waste your money with this company.

Working unlock code was delivered within one hour along with progress emails and website progress which is better than many services that deliver absolutely nothing but it is quite expensive for the privilege.
