After spending a good 2 full days trying the various unlock tools and methods around the interwebs to unlock a fairly up to date S23 and failing (discovering the keyboard settings bypass, dialpad USB debugging isn't working, QR code bypass not working, and some weird ones inbetween), this service was straightforward and easy to use. My unlock price was $40 instead of the $25 listed on their site for FRP lock bypass, but the pricing was straightforward before checkout. If that's the new base price then their site needs to be updated, but my only complaint there. Once paid, quickly got an email with instructions to download the remote connection tool and get chatting with a support rep, which was quick and straightforward. Once connected, my rep, Jonathan, played around on his end for a few minutes but indicated their systems/tools were down for that afternoon. To remedy the situation, as it was a Saturday, he asked if I was available the next Sunday morning (which they don't advertise service on) to get it complete. I agreed. We reconvened on Sunday morning. where he picked up right where we left off. Gave him about 15 minutes and the device went through it's setup to complete the unlock (after a factory reset). They appear to be using a MDM enrollment bypass to gain access to the device, use MDM policies to reset the FRP lock, and then the MDM solution unenrolls itself. Took a few minutes to get to that point, but once there, got dropped on the home screen and good to go! Was definitely a smooth experience, and worth the money. May be a little pricy to some, but I couldn't get it on my own after days of trying, so there ya go.
