After reading such great reviews & seeing that they could unlock phones from their carrier, I was so eager & excited to finally have found a great company, WRONG! I paid $75 for absolutely nothing! Well, technically I paid him to unlock a phone I could have typed in the numbers I set myself & unlocked them. So I started questioning if they could unlock phones from carriers. Did my research & they clearly state they can. The big kicker for me is that I only asked for a half refund because I'm big enough to admit how neither of us made the unlock clear. I just assumed cuz I didn't know of any other unlocks that could be done. Not only did they refuse to refund Mr partially, but they didn't even offer or try to provide the correct unlock services for my phone.

These guys promise you a service to help you with a issue that you need hel0 with and once you pay for that service they find out that they are unable to keep there promise to you a say that they will send you a refund and then ignore your request for information on your refund and they simply rip you off and lue to you...they are simply bad business

Unlock junkie was unable to unlock my phone and promised a refund. Twice they have issued a refund through paypal and twice it did not go through. Do not think that paypal will have your back either bc they keep telling me to contact the seller whom is no longer responding to me. This review was written before I finally got a hold of Jonathan and he did send the refund via cashapp. I reached out multiple times asking to speak to you, Marcus, and was ignored. PayPal did not deny the refund, your band did TWICE. In my previous review I stated that Jonathan is lovely and I believe in your service although you were unable to unlock my device. Having to beg for my money back or pay an extra $70 for a different device is not ok though.

They couldn't unlock my Motorola phone. I don't mind but they tried to charge me an additional $10 to do a server unlock. Seems sketchy - would not recommend. UPDATE: Just got a very professional email from Marcus Favors stating the following; "I literally refunded you? Why leave a 1 star review? You literally lost nothing?". This is what I meant about the sketchy aspect of my review. If I keep getting these kinds of email I will definitely escalate my discontent with this service to other forms of social media and other review sites. And if this isn't sketchy/unprofessional enough just read the reply below from Marcus himself and you be the judge. Here's a tip: I would recommend the prices for services on your website to have an asterisk next to them with a footnote at the bottom regarding potential upcharges. Not that it matters but I'm not having a bad day... Quite the opposite actually. God bless and stay safe my peeps. ;-)

Not satisfied with how their services or their customer services out of 36$ and still without a phone

I requested and paid for an LG phone to be unlocked was unable to get my computer to cooperate so I asked for a refund unlock junkie never refunded my money! RIP OFF!
