I would rate my experience 10 stars if it were possible! Marcus was professional & patient. He got the job done in no time. I went to other sites, paid & the problem wasnt resolved nor did I get a refund! I went to the other sites because they ranked higher on google!

from the time i ordered the service to the time they unlocked my phone it was a great experience. they give you simple instructions on what you need to do. the tech that helped me (marcus) he was fast. i never would of thought it was gonna be that quick. thanks marcus and the whole team at unlock junky.

They couldn't unlock my Motorola phone. I don't mind but they tried to charge me an additional $10 to do a server unlock. Seems sketchy - would not recommend. UPDATE: Just got a very professional email from Marcus Favors stating the following; "I literally refunded you? Why leave a 1 star review? You literally lost nothing?". This is what I meant about the sketchy aspect of my review. If I keep getting these kinds of email I will definitely escalate my discontent with this service to other forms of social media and other review sites. And if this isn't sketchy/unprofessional enough just read the reply below from Marcus himself and you be the judge. Here's a tip: I would recommend the prices for services on your website to have an asterisk next to them with a footnote at the bottom regarding potential upcharges. Not that it matters but I'm not having a bad day... Quite the opposite actually. God bless and stay safe my peeps. ;-)

Wow, this customer must have been having a bad day; this is the situation. He needed a Motorola G power 2022 unlocked; due to the updated security version, I could only do it using "Server Access." this would cost me $25, the same price I charged him for the unlock. I explained that to him and gave him two options. I told him I could refund him or I could use server access, but it would cost an additional $10. He opted for the refund, and within 30 seconds, I refunded him; he said "thank you" and then left this 1-star review. Our service is solid; devices are getting new security updates monthly, and sometimes, we must slightly increase the price depending on security variations. Thank you, Marcus

i was a little worried about letting a junky unlock my phone but these are a next level unlocking service where you just need to know how to plug in your phone and enable the remote technician that they send you in the chat and few seconds later your good to go i wont use another i trust them 100% for any of the unlocks i need in the future
