I paid for an unlocking service for a mobile device to be able to use it globally. After three hours with the "technician" in charge of unlocking the phone, he could not do the task, and that "technician" disconnected from the online chat without saying a word (I have the chat in pdf as proof). Then I contacted another "technician" who simply told me that it can not be unlocked because the phone is blacklisted, and he told me that the phone would work outside the country, and that they would not give me a refund, because the refund is not applicable to my case, and then this second "technician" disconnected himself without saying another word. Instantly I discovered his lie since at that very moment I was in another country and the phone did not work, therefore, what the technician said was a lie to get out of the problem without reimbursing my money. I'm afraid these gentlemen are scammers.

Where do we start? They tried to unlock the first time to no avail. I could tell it didn't work and I contacted them again and they went through a second try. Well it did unlock the phone but now the phone randomly restarts every 2 to 4 minutes. I contacted them again to see if they could re-flash their original flash and the tech said it had already been unlocked 3 hours ago. I told him that it wasn't working correctly and all he would answer back is "it was done 3 hours ago". Now my phone is messed up and not usable at all. AVOID THIS PLACE!! TRY ANYONE ELSE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!! STAY AWAY!!!

website says 24 hour service. l paid for the service and still have yet to get my phone unlocked i work during their business hours 9-9 est m-f i attempted to log in for remote unlock at 9:00-9:30 a.m. est.... no one was there to perform the service.

The wrote back and said the provide instructions on how to unlock phone with their codes but didn't do nothing of the sort but they did send me a code for one phone but i had 2 phones then i explain that to them then they couldn't get code for 1 of the phones but didnt still give instructions just a code (bunch of numbers) and thats it. Hahaha jokes on me unlock authority u suck.

Ordered for a note 5 on 1/19/18, time frame for delivery because it was an app unlock was 1-30 minutes. I waited 4 hours before emailing them, no response, then I sent a request through PayPal for a refund and then a message arrives finally stating I now have to wait two weeks because there is an issue. After this I check and the order is on hold not being processed or working or anything. Horrible people, even worse communication. I doubt most of those positive comments are real, they seem to just be screwing people with this fake service, promising things that don't happen, and stealing the money other spend claiming some fake excuse. P.s their response is lies just like their service, I waited 24 hours and ten emails I never got any responses to, they only now start responding when they get reported for their fraud. Typical fake business practices.

Phone not unlocked, poor communication, and no refund. Stay Away!

I placed an order on 12/6/17 to unlock an AT&T iPhone 7 Plus with a 1-3 business day turn around. When 2 days came I emailed unlock authority to check the status and I was told I would have the unlock code before Sunday. Sunday came still no unlock code. I emailed again. Monday came finally got a reply that there is a delay with the supplier. Today has been 8 days, still without an unlock code and no refund. I emailed since yesterday and have yet to get a response.

Bad communication and service. The processing time is said to be done in a day's work but it's been the 3rd day since my purchase already and they haven't started yet. The communication is significantly worse compared to what they tout on their website. I've followed their instructions and nothing has really happened. It's an amazingly bad customer service that I've seen in my whole life.
