Bad Experiance with Ulimited Biking - They dont use high quality tires, tubes or anti inflation measures so when you get a flat they dont credit back funds.

Voulant utiliser une dernière activité dans New-York grâce au City Pass , nous avons loué des vélos chez Unlimited Biking pour faire le tour de Central Parc . Mauvaise surprise , la préposée a l’accueil nous a compter une option pour chacun de 5 $ (Peace of Mind Add-On) soit 21$78 avec les taxes. Un des vélos était déraillé. Une pièce d’identité nous est requise ? Alors que l’on devrait pouvoir rendre les vélos dans d’autres boutiques Unlimited Biking. Bref on va rester positif pour la beauté de la balade mais si vous êtes un peu courageux faites la à pied ……..et fuir ce genre de boutique

I thought this was the best bike rental value in Miami Beach area and I tried 4. CitiBike is just OK, and this place has better quality hybrid bikes and it's only $20USD for 2 hours, with a lock and helmet. The lady was nice and if I'm ever back this way this is where I'll go without question.

I went with my friend to this rental place. At first, everything seemed fine — they had good-looking bikes, and the store appeared nice. However, our reservation was specifically for 2 PM, and they told us the bikes weren’t available. We had to wait another hour, and when we finally got the bikes, they were in terrible condition — the front brakes didn’t even work! We just left. Very bad company.

Very bad rental. Hold the additional charge for like 3 months and the bikes are in bad shape, with bad and weak brakes

I rented a bike for 2 hours, and within 10 minutes the chain came off. This was very dangerous and could have caused a serious accident. I called their support line, but instead of helping, they told me to walk the bike back to the shop (a 20-minute walk). I waited on the phone, but there was no real assistance. When I asked for a refund, they hung up on me. This company does not maintain its bikes properly and clearly does not care about customer safety. I’m requesting a full refund of $22.05, but more importantly, I would warn others to avoid this rental service.

Escrocs à touristes…il est mentionné sur le ticket que nous pouvons ramener les vélos pour 14h. Mauvaise surprise, on nous réclame 100$ supplémentaires pour dépassement alors que nous avons bien respecté les horaires. Mais quand on détient votre passeport…impossible de négocier avec des voleurs. A éviter absolument
