UnlimitedappliancepartsReviews of unlimitedapplianceparts.com

I saw all the negative reports on BBB and here on TrustPilot, but I decided to give UnlimitedApplianceParts a try. In my case, they were EXCELLENT. I put my order in at 11:44 yesterday morning, and my product arrived before noon today. Truly amazing turnaround. Take that, and add in the fact that Unlimited had the best price on my product, and they offered Free Shipping, and that all makes me a happy customer.

I stupidly ordered the wrong part (my mistake). Even though I caught it quickly and emailed them immediately, I was still confident that I'd have to end up having to call them the next day. To my surprise they very quickly responded and cancelled my order within minutes I was a bit hesitant to order from them given their lackluster reviews, but I'd use them again in their future given my experience with their CS.

I needed a drain pump for my Samsung clothes washer. I was able to find it in stock here at Unlimited Appliance Parts at a great price with free fast shipping. I received the pump two days later. The box that the pump comes in was a little beat up. I emailed and called tech support. They were great to work with. They said I could send it back after I sent them pictures of the box. The pump didn't appear to be damaged and I needed to get my washer running. The agreed to let me install it to try. It worked as good or better than new. I let them that it worked and didn't need to return. The way they communicated with me, treated me, and in stock part at a price better than Amazon with much faster shipping. They deserve the 5 stars. I really appreciate all they did and were willing to do. The biggest thing, I will purchase from them again if I should need a part and it is in stock. Furthermore, I will recommend them to friends and family as well. Thank you.

I ordered a part that was supposed to arrive by a certain date but did not. Three days after the date, I called Unlimited to ask about it. I received a quick reply the issue would be investigated. Three reps communicated with me - Joshua, John and Ivan - keeping me in the loop as to what was happening. The answer was the part was out of stock at their warehouse but had been ordered and they did not have a date as to when it would be back in stock. Without asking if I wanted to wait or get a refund, they refunded my purchase price for the part. I received the refund three days later.

Found the part for my dryer so much cheaper than the other sites i searched . It arrived in about three days. I highly recommend this company to everyone
