I bought the Chloe wig "full lace" (no lace in the back so forget about updos) in 24in with a silk top. It was nice and silky out of the box but after I took it to get toned silver at my salon it is DRY, TANGLY, AND MATS. They told me I can send it back for repair which costs up to 200 dollars. Which there is no way to fix bad human hair once its damaged. I dont know what they put on the hair prior to shipping but it will not last. I wasted nearly 400 dollars on this wig and I am in tears because I'm stuck with it because I'm bald due to health reasons.

Worse company ever the wig is not like pictures. They sell faulty wigs . Be careful do not order from them. They say will refund you but they will never do that. I order it mine and was one side longer than the other side and the cut totally blocking my face and different no style at all and asked for refund and they never did and asked me to take it to hairdresser and corrected. The are thief be carefullllllll

Uniwigs.com is a very deceptive company. The reviews on the website were good and the pictures looked professional. I felt really good about my purchase until I received my wig. When I pulled it out of the box it started shedding immediately! I couldn't believe it. I tried it on just to see how it looked and the colors look nothing like in the picture. The quality of the hair felt like plastic and it was soooo shiny and fake looking. I looked at the reviews on their website to see if there was anyone else saying this, then I noticed that a lot of the pictures and reviews were written by paid promoters and influencers! When I called customer service and told them everything, she said my problem was normal and this was expected because it was synthetic. Really uniwigs???? I've ordered several wigs from other places and none looked as fake and shed as much!!! When I told her I wanted to return it, she said they would charge a fee. I asked why and she said that it was my fault for buying the wig and it's a big cost to ship from China. I asked if she was in china, then why do they use a 909 area code and not an 800 number? She got very loud and yelled into the phone it's because it's easier for stupid people and hang up the phone on me! I ended up calling my bank to reverse the charge. AVOID THIS COMPANY! ITS A CHINESE SCAM!
