There is NO WAY this is human hair. They charge $649 for a Virgin Remy hair topper and it's obvious after one wash that it's not human hair. It's frizzy, tangled, and very itchy. Extremely disappointed.

I ordered two wigs just recently. Price was moderate, I did not expect the best quality, but what I got is simply terrible. 100% plastic, looks very cheap. You can get this on AliExpress for 8 dollars, Uni’s price was 70 dollars. Do not recommend, save your money.

Just don't even bother and save your money. The ratings on their web site are filtered. I ordered 2 wigs and neither look anything comparable to what was pictured online. They won't even pass for a costume wig. I'm so disappointed that I wasted $75.

I emailed them for an exchange before my order was shipped out. Emails were sent out several times along with phone calls with no reply. They only replied when i sent in a dispute with my credit card company. I wanted to exchange for a more expensive item, and i was willing to pay. After the lack of reply, they've just lost a customer. Im buying my wig somewhere else.

Today I received the 100% human hair Claire Topper in Frosted Ice rooted @20" length from Uniwigs. The color "matches" pretty close. It is AWFUL!!! It's like long shiny waxy fake cheap doll hair for a costume, a horrible costume! I am SO disappointed that I fell for buying this piece of crap from CHINA. $366 USD with a coupon just flushed down my toilet. I watched videos & did research on this product for 3 months!! UGH!! If I position it to be flush with my forehead (silk front) the back of my head sticks out (zero coverage). If I place it back around 3-4 inches it covers everything, but I have 2 do LOTS of prepping my bio hair 2 try & make it "blend". There's no blending anything with cheap waxy shiny fake doll hair. It looks like I'm wearing a dead animal on my head. It's hard to keep from crying thinking about anything involving this piece of CRAP. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't get dooped like me & waste your hard earned money! :( UPDATE: I now own 12 human hair toppers from Uniwigs. They have gorgeous quality, reasonably priced (130% volume) toppers. They have improved a 1000%. Deeper/multi-tonal blonde shades with light rooting are the key changes. The quality of the hair is luscious, silky smooth and they lay (adapt) beautifully to my scalp. They provide beautiful full coverage. My hair has recovered and grown back. I still enjoy wearing them as I now have FIVE MINUTE hair (root touch-ups/highlights/crazy expensive salon visits/prices are no more as the cost of an exquisite topper is equal to ONE salon visit! Lastly, they provide excellent online (email) customer service support. I feel confident, they are a reliable source to purchase from and have sales often that help defer costs. I DID NOT receive any free services, products or discounts for this updated review and spent my own money making my purchases.

Today with Uniwigs has not been great. I have been studying their wigs and toppers for over a month. I have lots of hair loss from an autoimmune disease. I finally decided to order something but the price was $10 higher once I put it in the shopping cart. So I placed a call. I was asked to send a screenshot of the price in my cart. So I had to prove to them what I was seeing. Which I did. She said "Sorry,vthsts the wrong price. That sale is over'. And I said that's what it was advertised as. She then told me to send an email to her supervisor. So far I have heard nothing regarding this discrepancy. Tonight I'm looking and see something I wantvat an even better price. The lady earlier had given me a code so I tried it. Didn't work. I started a support chat. A very long chat with lots of gaps on Rylies side as I waited. 30 minutes later, after I also had to send her a screenshot for proof, she says it's because it's on clearance. So very frustrating. I do hope the product is worth it. I like the videos I've seen and was very disappointed with the customer service I experienced today.
