We want to clarify that prior to shipment, the topper was carefully washed and conditioned, and we did not notice any changes in the color or quality at that time. While we understand that you've used products that have worked for you in the past, please note that we cannot assume responsibility for how specific products might affect the topper, as different products can have varying effects on hair. We do recommend retouching or toning the topper to adjust the color back to your preference. Additionally, if you're looking for a darker, ashier tone, dyeing the topper could be an option to achieve that look. In line with our return policy, unfortunately, the order does not meet the criteria for return or exchange. However, we did provide a solution in our previous email and would be happy to proceed with that if it works for you. We’re eager to help resolve this matter to the best of our ability. Hi Stausi, We are so sorry to hear you had trouble with your recent human hair wig purchase. We do not recommend using bleach on any of our products (other than the virgin hair color Natural Black) as the hair has already been processed using a combination of hair dye and heat. This combined process seals the color and makes it very difficult to lift. This is not a flaw but rather a deliberate occurrence to ensure the color holds. We do regret that you now have a product that doesn’t suit your needs. Please reach out to customer service so we can work with you to find a piece that can be used to meet your color goals.
