I returned an item and requested return before it was delivered
I returned an item in its original shipping box without ever opening or using it. The return request had already been submitted before the package was even delivered, and it was sent back promptly in the same condition it was received. Despite this, $50 was deducted from the refund, even though I also had to pay for the return shipping. There was no clear explanation for this additional deduction. Charging customers both for return shipping and an unexplained $50 fee on an unopened, unused item is disappointing and feels unfair.
