Unfortunately our Colombia Box arrived all the way to Australia and was a little tampered with... As soon as I contacted Universal Yums they were on to it and have sent us a new one, just to make sure! The staff are so friendly and very prompt. Things happen on their journey but the fact that they offered us a new box to compensate us, was really kind and very much appreciated! Service like this makes us want to purchase again.

Our family LOVES Universal Yums! We look forward to getting our box every month and trying new snacks. Even when they don’t taste good to us, it gives us so much enjoyment! I’m meeting my sister and her family soon so we ordered the Super Yum Box to share with - I’m betting they might get a subscription, too! I would HIGHLY recommend this company and their product!!!!

I have been subscribed on and off to Universal Yums for almost a year now and have given several boxes and gifts, too. A few logistical issues have come up and I have been met with outstanding customer service every single time! The customer service team is prompt and kind in email communication and they have always gone out of their way to make sure my needs are met and I am a happy customer, including delivering an extra box to me when my address changed last minute due to the COVID-19 pandemic and my box had already been shipped to the old one. Thank you so much!

The quality of the snacks is very poor. Very bad ingredients, unhealthy. If your health and that of your children is important to you, go with another company that offers snacks that are non GMO and much better quality! I think this company is doing disservice to america with this product. Ps. When I contacted Universal Yams for a refund because I literally had to throw their first box away they told me they don't issue refunds. Don't order from them if you care about health. Ps. Try the world company has snacks for a lower price with better quality.

They're amazing. I asked some silly questions about some stuff, they either answered or sent a link, it's my daughter's #16 Birthday and I thought it would be here by now, I paid expedited shipping, they refunded the $1, which I didn't ask for and said to tell her Happy Birthday. They really were responsive to me and fast. I can't wait to try the food, it should be here by tomorrow and I will update then. Whitney

I think this is a great concept. I wanted to see how the first 2 shipments went before I would make a decision on whether I would go with the yearly program. I discovered that when there was a problem with one of the packages being delivered. There is no published phone number to contact customer service. You have to send an email. It took 2 days before my email was responded to. Because of the lack of customer service, I regretfully will not be purchasing the 12 month package. I had put this in an email to them. The feeling that I got was that they didn't care that they were losing a customer that was going to purchase 2, 12 month packages.

I have got to give a lot of credit where its due here. I have been having issues with my mail carrier crushing my packages very often. Universal yums and their customer service representatives handled it so wonderfully. They sent out a replacement for a few items that were opened and when the first set of replacements came crushed again they sent out another!! I am a very happy customer thank you so much! It doesnt hurt that their boxes are delicious 😊😊

Zero. Count it, ZERO. Interactivity. Their website is criminally negligent. CS just as bad. I bought a subscription- which was somewhat diificult with the limited interactivity. But was doable- after all it is MY MONEY GOING TO THEM. I have since broken ties with the person who I bought the crates for and both of us have moved on. Well my child was asking me where the boxes went and I was trying to tell her Im trying to to redirect the subscription here- to no avail. I sent them about a million e mails informing them the website will not direct me to where I can change the address. To NO AVAIL. AGAIN AND AGAIN I TOLD THEM THAT THEIR SITE DIDNT LEAVE ANY MORE CONTACT INFORMATION THAN THEIR USELESS CS DEPARTMENT. USELESS. AS IN STATE OF ILLINOIS USELESS. AS IN E MAILS COME BACK BUT BOXES DO NOT USELESS. AS IN DO YOUR JOBS USELESS. AS IN THEY HAVE ALMOST AS MANY BAD REVIEWS AS GOOD ONES YET STILL I AM COMPELLED TO WROTE THIS USELESS. I have used subscription based services before, and NEVER had this much trouble. DB UPDATE. They fixed stuff as soon as I posted a review. So they CAN be reached Now lets discuss the products. Yes. The Columbia box is ALL GOOD. Normally they have a box with SOME weird stuff but not Columbia. No. Its ALL good. If they keep up the good work I will renew.
