Love the windows and the installers…
Love the windows and the installers were very professional and polite, the sales person was also a great guy to work with, sorry I don't know their names but everything they did was great... in the future I will definitely go with Universal Windows Direct for the other windows... I've had 4 windows replaced this week. I can't testify yet for the quality of the windows; but i can say that the two gentlemen who installed the windows are great guys. Very careful and respectful how they did their job. Great installation experience.

So happy…
I had Bob and Eric install my windows they were professional, on time, explained the process, and took great care with my personal property. Trust me when I say these windows were a nightmare to get out…. The previous installers must of used gorilla glue when they were installed. Through the hard work of Bob and Eric they got them out and the new ones are in and absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!! As a female I loved that they treated me with respect and honesty. Great job guys! I will refer Universal, Bob and Eric. Dianna K
