Universal Windows DirectReviews of universalwindowsdirect.com

The windows look great and are a huge improvement over our new construction grade windows. The installers where great, the were very considerate, polite, and did a fantastic job. The even showed us a new way to use the windows.

Second go round with Universal and pretty much a good experience. Installers did a fantastic job. They even answered some additional questions I had. The window order itself didn’t take long either. Only hiccup was this time around we did financing and the 1st payment was so before the windows ever came to the warehouse. That wasn’t disclosed and when I called they said it was standard. I contacted both the financing company and universal themselves. If it’s standard why not disclose that then?

Installers were friendly and efficient got here an did the job quick. Overall everything was good except between the salesman and the financial company..signed papers on a low payment but when we got the statement from the lender it was a higher payment.

Overall, I was satisfied with the overall process provided by UWD. My initial experience with the sales person Jake went extremely well. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We were able to agree on a project scope and cost which met my needs. Although there were some hiccups initially with the billing and after the initial measurements, UWD was able to get those resolved and the project continued. On the day of the installation, Carlos and his team were able to complete it in a single day. The crew was professional and did a great job. Looking forward to see how these windows perform during the Summer heat.

I would have given 5 stars, but the sales person that came to the house forgot his tablet and such to record all of the information needed to order the windows. But the man that came to do a final set of measurements and processing of the order was fantastic. He called when he was 2 - 3 hours away (looking at other jobs), and still showed up 45 minutes early, yes early! Thank you to that man. Then the fantastic installers that were just here today (1/4/2024). I was told it would be several hours for the removal of the old and instalation of the 2 large windows. It took them less than 2 hours, and what a fantastic job they did. They even went the extra mile to clean the areas they were in. As for the quality of the windows, they fit as close to perfect as you can get. Long term, only time will tell. So far my wife and I are very pleased.

We love the windows. Had a glitch w one window but it was taken care of promptly. The installers were prompt and worked efficiently. Thanks Mike and Dan! We notice a difference w retaining heat better!

This positive review is only for Noe Jaime-Gomez. He did a great job fixing some of the messy work and errors the installers did couple of days ago. This company has rude customers rep especially Carol.

From beginning to end we have had a great experience from sales to installation. The installer were fast and efficient. No issues there. On the other side dealing with production, there was alot of adhesive left on the windows and took a lot of time trying to scrub the adhesive off. I suggest before delivering the windows they should clean off all the adhesive.
