The person that I talked with was very courteous and friendly! I really appreciate it when I get such a pleasant person who answers my questions. Thank you for making it possible for me to get my meds. at such a lower price that is more affordable for me. I am 84 years old and on a fixed income.

Pros: good quality, good pricing, fast shipping to US, excellent customer service Cons: the only form of credit card payment accepted at this time is American Express

The communication management can be better. We placed an order and asked how long it would take to be shipped and get it. The response in a few days was a question if the patient has any allergies. We said no and asked again about shipment as we needed it urgently. They processed the order and responded in 2 days that we'd get it in 1.5 months. I requested to cancel the order as tge timeframe didn't suit us. They shipped the package and responded in 2 days that they can't do anything as it was already shipped.

Great service, products, communication. Have never had a problem with them.

Prescription filled quickly

This was my first prescription with Universal Drugs. The service was wonderful. I appreciated the lady that took my information and set up my account. My dr faxed the prescription to Universal. It took 3 weeks to receive the prescription but I was ok. I understand shipping and the Post Office in the United States is not the best. The people try, but higher ups make the rules. I most appreciate the reduction in cost. The United States prescription costs are ridiculous. I would like to say thank you for your service.
