Delivery takes 5-6 weeks. If you do not receive your order please contact us and we will be happy to assist you with locating your order. Please be aware that these are average processing and shipping times and mailing delays can occur beyond our control. I asked you few months ago if you can…
I asked you few months ago if you can send meds to someone in Israel. You said: sure. Then I asked if you could charge my Amex card because my friend doesn’t have that card. You said: No problem. When the medication was never received I called and investigated. You said: sorry we can’t send meds to Israel. Then Amex charged me for the meds that was never sent. I called you and you told me that the meds was already sent and should be received August 11-21. Then I called you and asked you to ask Amex to deduct the cost from my account. You answered that Amex can’t do it. Why? That’s their policy!!! You never told me about that. That’s why I am really confused. I have a feeling that the people at your office don’t know what each one is doing. Please go back to my talks with you to make sure of what I am telling you. Thanks
