This used to work
For some reason, the prescription I uploaded when I asked for the prescription to be filled gor me two additional email requests telling me they were waiting on me to upload it again. This added more than a week to the process.

I have been using Universal for many years
I have been using Universal for many years.. I have never had a problem. The web site is easy to use it is easy to upload a prescription. Delivery is almost perfect I have only had maybe one or two problems in almost 15 years. The people that handle the phones are the greatest.
