If I call, I get a live person who resolves any issue I have; if I email, I get a thorough response usually in less than two days. I have recommended this company to many friends.

Universal Drugstore has great service. I especially like that I can track the shipping of my order. Other Canadian pharmacies do not offer this service. When I speak with an employee, he or she has always been courteous and helpful. And the chat service is also very helpful.
