I purchasesed a door and 2 windows. They came to install and the windows were perfect, but when shown the door it didn't even comes close to matching the color I needed so I refused install. They argued with me for months till I finally contacted the BBB and have been asking for my money back $4800. They have called to try to fix the situation but when you get a business that just wants to argue with you interest is lost at ever doing business with this place again. On one phone conversation a gentlemen told me they don't even have the stain to match what I need. So then give me my money back then. They will not budge on doing this so now we have to go thru mediation with the BBB. Meanwhile I am paying interest on this $4800.00 because I had to finance it. Their customer service when it comes to complaints is horrible. Instead of listening to me they just continue to argue with me. I just want my money back, with interest now.

you will not regret it!!! I have had such a hard time trying to get affordable home insurance all because of the age of my home. I mean others wanted to cover me sure but for a price TRIPLE than what I got with Universal Direct. Every storm, every tornado watch I was so terrified something would happen, knowing if it did how screwed I would be. Some people were like " why didn't you just get the insurance through this company or that company" why? because the amount they wanted me to pay would have been a financial hardship for me, like fingers and toes and maybe a leg! Some how a Universal direct ad popped up on my FB page and I clicked it. Color me surprised. It was so freaking easy. The coverage were more than other companies offered, the didn't penalize me for my dogs (I mean we are on a good bit of land why wouldn't I have dogs) , they didn't penalize me for the guns in my home (others considered them a liabillity..I mean really..what do they protect their home with a chihuahua??) Then the quote I got I cried literally!! It was so affordable and it took such a load off my mind to know that I could finally afford home owners insurance. The payment options were convenient as was the down payment. if they did auto insurance I would be all over that! Use Universal Direct! You want easy and affordable? USE UNIVERSAL DIRECT!!!!!
