Excellent service, great return policy, fast responses. Very pleased.

UC has been working very well for me for a number of years now. Great selections and descriptions on the website. Easy to navigate. You know immediately if in stock. And with free shipping, my last order was at my door in 24 hours!

I ordered a road fork... the price was excellent, it arrived on time, with no problems. I then ordered a Shimano 12 speed Ultegra group, again, an excellent price, everything arrived on time and as described. I have the feeling that they are inexpensive because they have a small staff and a large volume of orders. I will order from them in the future if I am certain and knowledgeable about what I want.

I ordered a Chris King bottom bracket from them a few weeks ago. Unluckily and rarely, there was a machining issue with the threads, so it wouldn't screw in. I was pretty distraught, as this is a fairly expensive component. I reached out to UC to work with Chris King for the warranty. They had me ship it back to them, and sent a replacement to me within a few weeks. The new part worked like a charm! Really appreciate UC working above and beyond for good customer service!

Ordered a Sunrace 11-42t, 10 speed, *black* cassette that could not be found in black at local bike shops and was informed the suppliers do not have the parts. Universal Cycles has a large warehouse and a wide selection of bike parts with multiple shipping methods available. In less than 24 hours, Universal Cycles ensured the part was shipped overnight from the Northwest corner of the United States to the Southeast corner of the United States, to be delivered in the morning, and for installation without fail that guaranteed the weekend ride would be enjoyed. Universal Cycles is Trustworthy.

My favorite online cycling supply. HUGE inventory, reasonable prices, and they've really come through on service for me.
