I've been a customer of UniTell Voice for approximately three months now. The customer service is responsibly awsome. When I needed assistance they answered the call. Covid-19 is no match for this company. UniTell Voice was there, no wait,, no hold,, no problem. They were there when I needed them. In today's times, that means alot to me. Thank you UniTel Voice!

AS a new UniTel Voice customers, I was having some difficulty setting up the system all by myself. I reached out to customers support twice the same day and Wendy expertly took me thru all the setup steps based on my custom requirements. And even gave me examples of how I can best express my greeting. To say the least, I was impressed. I am glad to have chosen this company for my 800 phone service.

I would like to say that Unitel Voice is a great addition to my business. The script and voice over is professional and keeps my home number safe. I haven't had the time to really study some of the options, so, as soon as I'm able, I want to try out some of the extensions and other additions to the service.
