I can’t thank United Express Moving and Storage enough for how easy they made my move. The movers were prompt, worked quickly, and were incredibly careful with my belongings. They even helped me with some last-minute packing, which was a lifesaver. Once we arrived at my new home, they made sure to place each item in the correct room, and they were very respectful of my space. Their pricing was also very reasonable with no hidden fees. I’m so glad I chose them!

I've moved a multitude of times. Usually I do the move myself or utilize a Pod service. With that being said, this move was different, the Uhaul was too much and Pods said they couldn't accommodate. I was put in contact with United Express. I received 4 quotes and probably 100 phone calls from other vendors. What I can say, is that United Express was the only professional and caring company I spoke too. They took their time to understand my specific concerns and more importantly helped walk me through the contract so that I could see in black and white what was to be provided for what cost. They Upheld their end of the bargain as it was the most seamless move of my life. Efficient, Transparent, no damages. My Son is moving to Montana in 3 months and you better believe he's going to be using United Express. Thanks to the whole team for your help. Highly Recommend!

Ah, what can I say? absolutely PHENOMENAL company, and how? Let me explain .. United Express Moving & Storage rated #1 in the industry for honesty & integrity for a REASON!! Absolutely consistent, professional & their turn around time receiving my goods in 3 days? I couldn’t be more satisfied. People don’t like the point out the good because those kind of people feel entitled not to share their experience but ONE THING ABOUT ME, I will. You will see my name on EVERY review site. I referred my mom who also couldn’t accept that I moved 7 hours from home, so she bought house right down the street from me & also moved with United. Nothing more nothing less, 10/10 I WILL ALWAYS RECOMMEND. You won’t regret! :)

The only time movers were needed nd they made the experience easy simple and quick commutation was key for both parties from Texas to Florida, I already feel at home. 10 out of 10 recommend

It was definitely an amazing experience for my children and I . They moved us from FL to NYC ! The movers were extremely professional ! I have absolutely no complaints nor regrets ! I strongly recommend them to others !

Customer service was amazing! I moved from Tennessee to north Carolina. My belongings made it on time and everything was intact. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and I would most certainly use them again.

I had some very fragile marble pieces that the movers moved to my apartment. They had them thoroughly draped in two layers of thick cloth as well as a plastic covering. Fortunately, they arrived intact! An abundance of gratitude for the movers!

I hired United Express to move my deceased in laws possessions. I had the pleasure of working with Jerry. We were quoted 1268 cubic feet which came to $7,438.26. We couldn’t reserve the service elevator so there was an additional charge of $75 on pickup because we had 2 flights of stairs but I expected that due to the elevator not being available. The service I received was spectacular. My wife couldn’t be happier, no damages and they kept their word the entire time. I’ve read so many horror stories about movers but these guys are by far the best choice. Honest, kind, helpful I could go on and on. Happy wife happy life am I right?? Thanks again Jerry and all of the United Staff.
