Patient for 2+ yrs.
I have been a patient for about 2 years. Have no problem with Dr Harvey or Dr Ruth. The Ultra Sound techs have both been great as well as has Dena, the medical assistant that worked with me last week. I have bad knees and venous stasis as well the vein problems. I have worn my own very loose, stretchy shorts for my procedures because it is difficult to change into the paper shorts. Never was a problem until Monday. Not sure what her name is, she didn't introduce herself, but she was rude and condescending about my shorts and she didn't like my compression sleeves either. (They go from my ankle to below my knee.) There was no good reason for the hostility she projected. Hopefully, I won't need any further treatments or I will see about going to Naperville.
