We take all feedback seriously and want to clarify what occurred. In this case, the assigned driver—who was properly licensed and insured—was temporarily delayed after being pulled over for a routine records check. This caused an approximate 5-hour delay. We communicated the situation as it unfolded; however, the customer chose to cancel the transport at that time. At no point was the driver operating illegally or outside of compliance.
