Representative Adam is completely unprofessional. Coordinated a pick up date to have delivered by a certain date that I needed. Let me know in the afternoon day of that they couldn’t do it and will try tomorrow. When I expressed my situation and how I would be out of town the next day, I was told “good luck finding someone else to get it on time” and proceeded to harass me with awful and rude texts. Come to find out he had my bid to drivers $800 more than our agreed price.

Total Scam Alert Trying to get the money without Pickup . They all are indians or Pakistanis

I called Chris to get my vehicle shipped from Arizona to NC. I signed contract for $700 and paid $200 deposit so the amt to be paid at delivery of $500. My truck was supposed to be picked up on May 23rd between 1 and 3 pm. I called Chris late that evening for update since no one contacted me. He said the truck driver has 2 more stops and ask me if pick up on May 24th between 11 and 1 pm will be ok. I had no choice but to agree. On May 24th I received a text from the truck driver which states his truck broke down and will not crank. He also mention some problems with his lift also. Now when I spoke with Chris he said the truck driver was involved in a accident and injury was involved. Both the truck driver and Chris lied about the reason why my truck was not picked up. Now Chris said he know a friend that could pick up my truck for $1500.00. That's over double the signed agreement price of $700 so I declined. I bet it was the same truck driver. So now I knew who I was dealing with and requested my $200 deposit back. Chris told me no, that money was already sent to the driver which was another lie. That was his commission. I told Chris I don't have $200 to give away and I would contact bank to file dispute. Chris didn't want me to file dispute and became very upset sending me all these threatening text messages saying stuff like if you cancel you will be charged all these cancellation fees and other fees and fines. He said I may end up paying for the total amount on agreement. I filed dispute with no issues. At the end Chris became very upset and told me not to call or text him anymore for updates. Stay away from this company especially Chris and his truck driver. They are full of scams. They need to be fired. I will contact owner and others to share my experience.

If I could give a -10 I would. HORRIBLE COMPANY. No communication, bait and switch fraud of a company. Was told $400 w $200 deposit, waited 8 hours to hear from this guy Ron. Took our deposit after we canceled due to pickup date and time. Come to find out nobody would do it for $400. DONT GET SCAMMED

Dishonest, stressful, and a complete nightmare. I was quoted $375 by Nick, who promised — literally promised — that this was the final price. I asked multiple times before signing the contract if the price would change last minute, and he assured me it wouldn’t: “We don’t do that,” he said. Then the day of the pickup, the driver calls asking for $1,000! I was shocked and told them no — I agreed to $375. Suddenly Nick changes his story and says the $375 was just an “estimate.” That’s not what he told me at all. I feel completely lied to. I asked for a refund because this isn’t what we agreed on, and now they’re saying they’ll charge me $200 for canceling. I’ve been arguing with them since the morning, and honestly, I have a headache from the stress of it all. This is absolutely ridiculous. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself the headache and stay away.

This company gave me a quote, we locked it in, I paid, and day of pick up they called me and said it would be $400 more than we originally agreed and that there was no driver available for today. This company is crap. Do not trust this company, I don’t care how many fake reviews they wrote for themselves.

This company It is posting cars at one price but when you call the brokers bigining to tell price is too much and offer you different prices of posted price, also they asked you for broker fee to be send it back, later on you realize that they already took their fee and that money is their agreement with customer for carrier payment, please step on this

Bait and switch company, agreed at 850.00 to ship car. Deposit was given. Time to pick up car went to 1400.00 They speak very little English, bad rating with the BB bureau. I did not do my research, the man who delivered the car did excellent job. US AUTO SHIPPING is just a broker. Beware , do your home work
