These people are not professional movers! The driver showed up with 2 guys that barely spoke English and obviously had no moving experience. My furniture was damaged, some pieces missing, items dumped in in huge boxes with no packing, broken dishes, and missing parts to reassemble what they took apart. Don't even bother calling for an estimate - it's worth the money to hire a reputable company!

Did Two virtual quotes via FaceTime. Movers show up and said we have a lot more stuff. Went from 14,000 to 27,000. Showed up in a 27' box truck. Guy told me another truck was coming with 2 more guys. Never showed !! Truck delivers to house, went in the truck and took a picture of our things in a big pile, with the ladders thrown on top. Boxes smashed, glassware broken, packed glass lamps on the bottom of boxes, then put heavy things on top. Worst movers ever !!

If I were the CEO of this company, I'd want to know about this complete fail & loss of a $$$$ moving contract. I spoke with Brian Phillips the senior moving consultant who made a huge error. While he put me on hold to calculate a quote for me, I heard the music playing but Also heard him (on the phone or talking to himself aloud) ridiculing normal things I said & making stunningly immature noises & sound effects while mimicking things I said. Truly bizarre & wildly unprofessional. Such an epic fail that I will be contacting their corp offices in Fort Lauderdale. He lost this company my contract & anyone I know who's moving in the future. They will be warned about who is in charge of consulting on a move. They may not hear this azz making fun of them with the maturity (& sound effects) of a young teen, but they also won't risk using the company when they hear my details. One moronic idiot is enough to blow a deal & they have this one in a Senior position. Just wow. Both thumbs down.

Household was loaded 2/24/23. I was asked what delivery date I wanted to move from California to Michigan. I was told that more than 14 days would mean the addition of storage fees. 3/6 was chosen. It has been two weeks and my household belongings are still in LA. NOT even loaded. AND IT MAY TAKE UP TO 30 days before I see my belongings. Worst explanation of process ever. WORST customer service. Ever. I Do not recommend.

I read these reviews had concerns about extra charges. Late deliveries. So I asked to move up my moving date by a week to assure that my things would get there within three weeks. Shady!!! They picked up my things early and said it would take 9 days so on the bill of lading they said first available March 3. This first available in fine print means that they have 21 working days from that date not your ship date. Absolutely useless to ship early. To further frustrate things I was told I should have marked first available date to be 2 days after ship date(although sales guy and logistics gal said it takes 7-9 days to ship) ah since now you didn’t mark it 2 days after you shipped they want to charge me storage fees. My shipment 3 weeks after pickup is still in California and hasn’t shipped and they want to charge storage fees!!! We were expecting the shipment last week but due to all the reviews stating how long they took I called this week. Only to be shamed at why I didn’t call last week. So to be clear mark your 1st available the day after you ship if you choose to use this sham of a company if not the logistics gal wants to charge you storage. Your sales person will double back on you. They all had an internal mail that stated to ship first available. Their non English Russian speaking foreman at pick up will tell you the wrong date. It’s a sham to collect more money after they have your product. I wish the other reviews had gone onto more details of the program they were running. I thought I had circumvent it by having it picked up a week earlier… wrong communication but all in small fine print on your contract . The word “may”. They cling onto that semantics. I even had in writing from sales guy 7-9 days usually. Not true!!! Run!!!

They break all your belongings and then refuse to fix.. I have a recording of this if anyone would like to hear. Do not use!

Not so happy holidays. Their website reads "Moving is always tough, even if it’s just next door. But uprooting your life and relocating across the country takes additional planning, time, and energy. So choose an interstate moving company that can reduce your stress, get the job done, and exceed your expectations." Our experience increased our stress, left us with damaged valuables and a final invoice 40% higher than our second video estimate (which was 40% higher than our first video estimate). Our shipment was delayed and didn't receive until 33 days after initial pack (was in a warehouse for 16 days). When you express your concerns, their response is that you signed the documents (after someone tells you don't worry, call the company and they'll give you a discount - 2% off and you have to agree not to post a complaint on BBB, social media and review sites (we did not sign). We put our trust that we could lean on this mover because they are "A company built on service where quality meets trust because every move matters" Hope this review keeps someone from making the same mistake that we did.

Great sales team and pick up team but after that it all falls apart. I cannot get a delivery date and dispatch is rude. No one will answer my calls or emails. We have been waiting 3 weeks with no end in sight. They have ruined our holidays.
