I just want to give a shout out about this company. I purchased 2 watches from them and the first watch i received was the wrong watch and they graciously were willing to trade it for a different watch or refund my money. I chose a refund because the second watch i received was absolutely perfect quality. I will be ordering from them again

I had a problem with an order awhile back and wrote a very negative review . I thought I had been scammed and so stated . However, United Luxury thereinafter resolved the problem , at its own expense , and made me whole . I feel badly I jumped to the wrong conclusion .The company went out its way to fix the problem and for that I am grateful . In retrospect , I was entirely wrong to think the company had scammed me initially . I can assure any one considering doing business with United Luxury that this company sells a very high grade product and has the integrity to stand behind the sale until full satisfaction has been accomplished . To be honest, I was a little hesitant to buy a watch, sight unseen, from someone I haven’t dealt with before. They were very responsive and communicative answering questions and providing pictures and video through the process. They are 100% legit and easy to deal with. I’ll end up buying more from them in the near future.
