Paid 1300$ for a watch , and they sent it to the wrong address , was able to have the watch sent back to them but now they have stopped communicating with me . So took my money and never sent me watch. Got scammed

Totally wasted my money buying from UnitedLuxury. Product quality is very poor and they do not provide any service as promised.

Scammed out of watch, lost my watch in fed ex and have not put any effort into recovering it or sending me another one. Customer support stopped responding to me as i have been asking for updates and the issue has persisted for over 6 months.

I WROTE 2 HORRIBLE REVIEWS ON THE HORRIBLE WATCH AND THE HORRIBLE COMPANY AND HAVE YET TO HERE FROM OR TRY TO RECTIFY THE SITUATION FROM THIS COMPANY, AS THE PREVIOUS REVIEW HAS MENTIONED. I WANT A CREDIT OR A NEW FUNCTIONING WATCH THAT I ORDERED.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE ITS A SCAM THEY TOOK MY 1500$ AND NEVER SENT ME A WATHC DO NOT ZELL ANYTHING TO THEM SENT SO MANY MESSAGES AND THEY KEEP SAYING WILL GET BACK TO YOU SORRY SORRY. THEY RIPPED ME OFF I CANNOT GET MY MONEY BACK

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE GUYS! I ordered watch and made full payment. Now they say they don't have the watch and refuse to refund me.. it's been over one month and they have stopped answering me. This is a scammer company. They took 1371€ from me and won't pay me back! Order number 123648.

Scammers unfortunately. Ordered a Rolex clone, but it arrived non functioning. They simply ignore requests to replace the dud. Additionally, these are not high quality clones. Perhaps worth $100, if you are lucky to get a functioning one. But certainly not $1500. Don’t fall for it, like I did :(
