Responsive customer service and beautiful Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean received. Truly 1:1 and awesome watch. Thank you

I just purchased a Patek Philippe 5712/1A-001 Moon Phase Swiss version watch and I just ordered the Patek Philippe wooden box. I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase and also the excellent service and quick response I received from the entire staff that helped me. Unitedluxury is an excellent company and I will continue to use them in the future!! Thank you Unitedluxury!!

I’m on my third watch with this company and they are all fantastic. They are also helpful d easy to deal with. With three Rolex watches bought this last year my colleagues at work are wondering if I won the lottery or something! One of them has a real “Batgirl” and could not tell if my “Pepsi” was legit or not. I think I just might get a few more in 2026…..I highly recommend this company.

United Luxury Shop did really looked after me with their service. First class 4 me. every detail of the deal, order was sent to me and discussed before the send the very nice watch to me...I do hope that all my wishes are coming true.. Thanks people of ULS for looking after me!!

The watch quality was fantastic! And, the customer service was quick and helpful.

Ordered a Swiss (4130) daytona with ice blue dials, it works and looks great. The 6 marker is a little off but you con only see that if you take a picture and zoom in. Took a month to arrive so be patient

Excellent super clone PP Nautilus 5712 , the quality is insane, communication and service is excellent . THANKS

On 23 May 2025, I ordered 2 different watches. Unfortunately, some scammers opted to use United Luxury's site as a front. The true United luxury shop caught wind of the issue and reached out to me to correct the issue, even though they didnt have to. Merry was truly fantastic, and a joy to work with. For consumers, please ensure unitedluxury.net is the site being used, as it is their official website. They have definitely gained a customer for life
