Crap watch no accountability for it braking Bezel came off and got lost super embarrassing no one answer me back Don’t buy this crap

I would not recommend buying a watch for these people! I bought a watch from them and received it shortly after I ordered. Unfortunately, the watch never worked. I sent the watch in for repair. I kept getting promise after promise but still gave not received the watch. In the meantime, I purchased a watch from intime watches for a third of the price. This watches very well made and frankly no, I think it’s the same watch. I got it from United Luxury.

NEVER BUY anything here!!!! I sent them 2900€ and they sent me a completely different watch, they had it sent back to me at my expense, and stopped communicating, they never sent the money, no new watches either, they ignore emails and unsolicited messages! Absolute crooks and thieves! Avoid them!!! Order #145043

This is now the second review I have written about these con men, having spent £460.00 including shipping the watch is about to be thrown in the bin. I can not believe this company is allowed to continue trading the products are complete crap. I would also suggest that all of the apparent 5 star reviews that have have apparently been posted by American buyers are false. I have been in brief contact with someone called Jokeum, hopefully he will have passed away soon. Don't go near this company thaey will con you out of your money and supply you with a piece of shit. What a shame that the world is now full of arsholes.

They are frauds. Do not purchase with them. They did not refund and I had to make a police report and file a report at the back.

I ordered 3 watches, the company said they were coming and never arrived. Lucky I paid with PayPal and got my $50 dollars returned.very bad business practice Theresa Chavez.

I stand by my earlier review. I ordered a watch 5 months ago - it never showed up, they (Theresa Chavez) continued to promise that it would show, it never showed so I asked for my $ back. That never showed either. Additional attempts to reach out failed as they/ she had blocked me! Unbelievable. DO NOT use this company, they are unscrupulous and deceitful.

I tried to purchase a Rolex 40mm president and could not get a straight answer about anything. I kept getting discount coupons that were not applicable to my purchase. The various salesman each told me different stories about payment methods. I found Mike especially devious.
