Complete scam. Guys I literally just bought from these guys a few weeks ago. The website looks really good and the communication is good AT FIRST. Once money is exchanged, poof! They’re gone. The worst part is that they charge a premium price for a product that never comes!! Stay away! Don’t let these guys fool you anymore! The positive reviews are bots. I also have conversation screenshots with these guys holding my order hostage until I turn my review positive. Happy to send.

I ordered watch and never received it. This is a scam BEWARE!!!!

Ordered in 7/17/25. Watch was nice. But, did not function correctly. Returned in August. Supposedly reshipped 12/4/25 with tracking to follow. 1/24/25 no watch no tracking no money. I will not be ordering form them again even though they have others that I was planning on buying. I contact them every couple of days. Usually with no response. After this review i received a message from them that they would be taking care of this issue and would I change my review. I told them I would be happy to change the review…….when something actually changes. We will see what happens. 3/10 - more promises, no change 3/13 - they sent a video and said that they would ship “today” after my acceptance of the watch 3/16 - again sent a video and said “if you can remove a review, we will ship right away.” I again replied that I would edit my review when something changes. 3/22 - nothing has changed and they still want me to take down this review - “ We’ve handed the package over to the shipping company, but since it’s the weekend, I couldn’t send you the tracking number right away. I’ll send it to you on Monday. I’d appreciate it if you could delete your comment. If you don’t receive the tracking number, feel free to message me again.“ - regardless of multiple responses from me that I will edit the review when something changes. I have received multiple “ it is shipping” e-mails for the last 6 months or so. 4/2 - received a watch ( I decided on another when the first never shipped) in a box in bubble wrap. No instructions. Contacted them about some questions. Was told that their technical team would reply. 5/25 - Never heard back from them even with follow-ups I would avoid this shop like the plague.

I lost my money!!!! They said they sent watch 4 weeks after receiving payment and it never arrived. When asked if perhaps it was picked up at customs they said possibly and give it another 2 weeks which I did. THEY THEN ASKED ME TO pay for shipping: "Dear, but we need to charge the shipping fee to reissue, or you need to place a new order so that our reissue application can be approved"....I rejected and they said buy a 2nd watch and we will eat shipping and I responded with: "You failed to send me replacement watch for one paid for and are asking me to pay for a 2nd watch for you to ship me a watch previously paid for. They told me I can’t pay you with a credit card to insure I have recourse but rather pay direct to your bank account. They emailed silly, stupid excuses as to why not to use PAYPAL as it's policies are too stringent. Do your research h and read of others similar experience. They emailed silly, stupid excuses as to why not to use PAYPAL as it's policies are too stringent. STAY CLEAR and NEVER give them a chance to steal your money.

FRAUD COMPANY... DON’T GET SCAMMED I ordered 2 watch’s and Zelled money. Never received the watch. They will take the money and stop responding. Lost $3000… At the back end it’s a Chinese outlet and all messages/emails are from guys sitting in China. They will confirm they 100% have the watch in stock before you send them the money but it’s a total lie. Their phone number is an answering machine…no one will ever pickup the phone. If you’re ordering a Rolex GMT or something more common you may receive it but most of the models they advertise they don’t have them in stock.

never got the watch after 2 years! Been told i would be taken care of and everytime i reach out they say they will get my issue resolved asap but then they just stop communicating with me . I paid them 1500$ for a watch and basically got scammed

2x horloge besteld en betaald via Paypal. Na 6 maanden nog niets ontvangen. Zeer slecht en weg geld.

I ordered and paid in full, Received email confirmation. Visited site and was able to sign in and see my order, a few days later my email would not work and email notice said email said not found, I used chat from website and they said could not find my order, or my email, plus they said did not have watch for the price I paid, Man on chat said that must have been fake site, On there site I was able to sign in and see order Few days later, my email did not work I have proof of order and paid rec, They removed my email and all records on there side, but on side. I have emails and text, plus my credit card charge proof of payment from them, Hopefully the owners of this site will responds correctly to this review and find my records and HONOR what they sold
