The watch I ordered, Rolex Daytona Ghost, is absolutely incredible, but United Luxury sent me the largest bracelet possible without even asking my size. I’ve repeatedly tried to reach out to their customer service to get the correct bracelet size, but they’ve completely ignored me. I even offered to pay extra to get the right size so I can actually wear the watch, but they’ve relentlessly ignored my request. This is terrible customer service.
I was planning to order a couple of other watches and have several friends who want to order as well, but I’ll actively discourage anyone from doing business here because of their lack of service in correcting their own mistake.

Double Bait-and-Switch and Zero Customer Support – Avoid United Luxury
Do not trust United Luxury. They use false inventory claims to secure upfront cryptocurrency payments, only to hit you with multiple bait-and-switch tactics once they have your money. I originally ordered a Rolex Yacht-Master 42 Titanium from VSF for $1,280. After requiring 100% upfront payment, they claimed VSF was unavailable and promised a Clean Factory (CF) version instead. Finally, they changed their story again, admitting they didn't have Clean Factory either, and pushed a lower-tier Clean Plus (C+) watch onto me. When I caught the deception and demanded a full refund before shipment, they completely ghosted me for days. Because they entirely ignored my refund requests, I was left with no choice but to settle for whatever they were willing to send. Avoid them at all costs. Accessories: To make matters worse, the high premium was supposed to include the full presentation package, but they omitted the box, papers, and the proper strap clasp.
Crypto Payment Leverage: Payment was completed via cryptocurrency, and now that they have the funds, their willingness to resolve the issue has vanished.
Verdict:
They lie about movements on their website, ghost you on QC requests, charge double the market price, and swap premium stock for cheaper factories.
Do not buy from United Luxury.

I will never buy anything from World…
I will never buy anything from World Luxury Shop. They sell ZF Factory replicas and they asked me to give a good review for a discount. I tried to buy a Rolex Sea Dweller, with a Swiss automatic movement. It was advertised on the ZF Factory website. I sent them 836.00USD the total with the Zelle 5% discount. They sent me a receipt and since they kept the money and have sent me nothing. They do not respond to my emails, These two companies working hand in glove have taken my 836.00USD.

Terrible customer service
The order was placed, and everything seemed fine. The watch was delivered, and I liked it. However, after two weeks of wear, the watchband broke (lost a pin) in early February. I wrote Merry in customer service, who assured me they would get me a new band forthwith. I wrote her every two weeks, and I also reminded their online customer service people of the problem (David and Kevin). Three weeks ago, Merry told me that I would definitely get the band in two weeks. Merry (in a rare email) told me that the factory sent the wrong band. I have not heard from her since that email. Their customer service people are ghosting me.

Wow…ugh
One year ago, I would have given them 5-stars. Twelve months later, I’d give them ZERO, if I could. Long story made short: I’ve purchased 3-watches from United Luxury. The first experience went well so I bought two more. I’ve now thrown all three of the watches in the trash since that time….GONE! They look good at first...until you spend some time with them and look closely (Day/Date windows off-center, poorly functioning Crown movement & Bezel performance, almost no power reserve and absolutely no water resistance)…dead giveaways to any knowledgeable watch collector….and even worse, once something goes wrong (and it WILL), you’re done. I’ve spent months writing emails and getting on the phone. Customer service is made up of 1-person (“Merry”) as far as I can tell. I believe that she is based in China and I actually feel bad for her considering that she seems to have no ability to manipulate/influence the process. But her response times are measured in weeks/months if at all... And if you get ANY response, your specific questions won’t be answered. Instead, it will be some gibberish about “quality control delays” or any number of other excuses. United Luxury Sales guys on the other hand, are sharp. They’ll tell you what you need to hear.. and for the first month or two, I felt like they were on “my side”. They’ll even offer you free-stuff (Replacement clasp, Rolex Box etc) if you write a positive review on TrustPilot (something I fell for on my first purchase when they sent a new watch clasp). Lesson-learned. But they will punt once the crap hits the fan. “I’ll get this escalated”, they’ll tell you….right. My recommendation is to use your $1200+ to buy a genuinely nice (authentic) watch from a reputable Dealer, instead…it won’t be a Rolex (or any other super-luxury brand, at that price) - but it will be functional, reliable and supported by the Dealer and most importantly, you won’t be lying to yourself. Buying a cheap fake is bad enough…but buying an “expensive”, cheap fake is pitiful….especially when there is no recourse once the watch fails. Again, shame on me. I lost $3,600 (actually $3650 because I had to pay $50 to send one broken watch back to them…”we’ll reimburse you for that”…it’s been 4-months and I no longer even get a response to my reimbursement request). The Better Business Bureau has been informed. UL will tell you that there are other companies “using their name” and responsible for their bad reviews, but that is nonsense. Look at the star-percentages below…you have to work HARD to have 46%, 1-star ratings. My guess is that the positive reviews are recent buyers who are still in the Honeymoon phase and taking advantage of the Free-Box offer. Save your money. Save your sanity. It unfortunately won’t end well, otherwise.
