Beware of this company. Purchased a Patek here and they charge 2x what most do. Takes over a month to get it and the quality is poor. Flaws in polishing and dial color. Also the movement is terrible gains over 15 seconds a day when they say it would be +/-5. Customer service is decent but not on par for the price they charge. There is also no LA warehouse like it says on website and its takes 2x as long to get it as it says on website.

Ordered a patek watch and paid for it. Then they told me we have one but it’s not a good one ?? So will have to wait !so I ordered another model $200 less in price. TRY AND GET A REFUND. NO CHANCE. NEVER AGAIN.

orderd a watch and the face is all wrong they said send it back. they claim to be the best so why send it back also orderd a patek box looks like a blind man made it

They refuse to cancel and refund as I can not and will not accept illegal item sent to me through customs. They also lie about shipping and refuse to answer concerning questions. They don’t accept returns!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I asked for additional photos of the watch I was purchasing. They went as far as sending me video of the watch I wanted. The watch that arrived was garbage and nothing like the photos and video they provided me with. They ignored me after I requested a return multiples times. Told me they would get back to me on 4 different occasion but never did. You have been warned - they are scammers.
