Have been charge 3 times. Unless this is solved I give 1 star
Customer service takes days to react. I have been charged three times so far. Three days after the first debit on my credit I still do not have access to my domain or backend. They keep on charging me.

Hello Bao, thanks for your feedback. Our office is closed on weekends and in observance of Veterans Day in the United States, and we answer customer support tickets in order of recipience within one business day. I see a customer support rep has replied to your inquiry within this time frame. As our support team member explained in their replies to your ticket, the card was indeed only charged once for your order. Our billing system attempts to authorize a card before it is charged, and releases this hold either after seven days or once the card is charged. Authorization holds are processed and handled differently depending on the card and the card issuer. An authorization hold will sometimes appear on a card statement before the charge occurs, and some card statements may appear to show this item as a charge despite it actually being a hold. However, once we release a hold, a card issuer will typically clear it within one to five days (though the exact time depends on their policy). Our team double-checked your account today and can confirm there are no active authorization holds on your card as of November 15th 2016, so your card issuer should clear any such items from your statement within their standard time frame for doing so. Again, most card issuers do this within five days, but we encourage you to contact your card issuer directly if it takes longer. And of course, if we can answer any other questions until then, please don't hesitate to contact us at [email protected]. We're happy to help however we can. Thank you again for sharing your thoughts with us!
