Thanks for your feedback, Ziv! Rathering than "yoyoing" our prices, we keep a steady competitive value for domains each year, which helps us to reliably offer features like and full DNS control, Domain Connect, and limitless email forwarding for free. Plus, our price for .COM has stayed $9.90/year since our founding -- a lower price than most other registrars! Thanks again for your review, and please feel free to contact [email protected] if you have any questions.

Thank you for your review, Alex. We're thrilled to hear your experience with United Domains has been very good! Yes, many domain names' renewal time frames can vary depending on how much renewal time each domain name's registry allows. We don't control when this will be, which is why we send specific reminders when it's time to renew a domain name. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact [email protected] anytime. Thanks again!

Hi Kisten, thanks for writing! Our records show that we received one support ticket from your email address on March 13th, and that we replied to you on the same day, but there was no other reply from you in that support thread and no other emails from your address in our database. However, we're happy to help you here! A domain pre-registration acts as an expression of interest in our system, and does not reserve the domain name. When we know a domain's release date and price, we notify you by email so you can choose to confirm your pre-order if you want to register, and then we'll attempt to register it for you when it becomes available. We have a registration success rate of about 75%, but of course, you will only be charged if we register the domain for you. And yes, when a pre-ordered domain is registered for you, you can sell it like any other domain. :) You can find lots more info about our pre-registration program in our knowledgebase here: https://help.uniteddomains.com/hc/en-us/sections/201798925-Pre-Registrations-and-Pre-Orders I hope this information is helpful! And if you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected]. We're happy to help!

Thank you so much for your feedback, Lisa! We're thrilled to hear you had a great experience with us. We price domain names as competitively as we can, and while we know we aren't always the least expensive choice, we also work from the viewpoint that a steadier price is preferable to an unpredictable one. For example, .COM domain names have stayed $9.90 per year since we were founded -- one of the cheapest rates anywhere. This also helps us to reliably offer free features like unlimited email forwarding and unrestricted DNS control. That being said, we do hear where you're coming from, and will continue working to improve your experiences with us. If you have any questions or comments, please let us know at [email protected]. Thank you again for your review!

Thank you very much for your review, Julien. Ensuring your satisfaction is our top priority. We're glad you had a good experience with our support team! No matter where a domain name is purchased, the domain's registrar is required to enter the registration's contact data into a public Whois database, which can lead to unwanted spam from third parties. Our optional Domain Privacy service masks the data shown in the Whois. To keep this service running, we charge a modest activation fee for those who want privacy rather than raising our domain prices for everyone. This also helps us to continue offering other features like Web Apps, unlimited email forwarding, full DNS controls, and unlimited subdomains free of charge. Thank you again for sharing your thoughts, and please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or comments!
