This was an exceptional edge case that required escalation to our backend team to resolve--we would like to stress that we acknowledged and escalated this case within one hour of receiving your ticket and resolved it within two business days. We also notified you of your refund's processing on July 17th, and there is an invoice in your account confirming this as well. The length of time needed for a refund to appear on your bank statement depends mainly on your financial institution, but in most cases it only takes 2-3 business days. Hello Kayon. We only store the expiration date and last four digits of a credit card for reference. We do not store or have access to any other credit card details. To ensure the legitimacy of orders placed on our website, we automatically screen all customer accounts before processing orders. I see that our system flagged your account for review because it contained details which are sometimes associated with illegitimate accounts, and therefore suspended account access as a precaution until this information can be verified. Unflagging an account is a fairly easy process, and a customer support representative has reached out to you with instructions for confirming your credentials. We are happy to help with any questions you may have in the meantime.
