These guys are amazing. Was not sure about delivery in UK as there are comments about fees. I wrote to help desk at Unit 1 and Matias explained me everything. They opened warehouse in UK and no more fees or charges. Matias was so helpful he even made my order and sent me an invoice. Only thing i had to do was pay for it. Got my helmet next day!!! Had a small problems with remote but Sofia from customer service helped with that straight away and everything works perfect now. Thank you guys!

I am really happy with my Aura helmet. It looks nice and has great visibility. I feel much more comfortable in the busy Amsterdam traffic with the front, back and break lights and turning signals. Kudos to the support team! They really did their best and took the extra mile to help me with an issue with the helmet.

The guys at Unit 1 have been amazing. I live in London, and when I received the helmet, I was surprised to receive an invoice from FedEx that I owed import taxes. I contacted Unit 1 support, who very helpfully informed me that it was a mistake and provided me with the information to dispute the taxes. In the end, FedEx pushed back, but I got the money refunded from Unit 1 immediately.

Excellent support et answering very swiftly. I had some issues on delivery but I had a really great support to close this issue as soon as possible. I recommend.

People at Unit 1 are amazing. Very helpful and friendly staff and giving superb support. I bought the Unit1 Aura helmet and it's just an amazing helmet. Protective & smart, it's really superb quality. Will recommend without a doubt.

I can't get into specifics regarding my situation--but what I will say is UNIT 1 handled a serious delivery issue as well as a small product issue with great care and understanding. They didn't have to do it, but they did. And that makes me a customer for life!

The products work great and are a good invention regarding safety on bikes. I had a small issue with my new navigation remote (wich I bought this week) and send an email towards the support desk of Unit 1. 2 hours later I got already a response and with every step for solving this problem explained in detail and even with links for more explanation. Today my navigation remote works perfect.

This helmet is a piece of art. Works pefectly and looks incredible. Baterries of the helmet and the smartlight are super efficient, pairing with the remote and the APP went very smoothly. Highly recommend.
