As discussed with a person who identified themselves as 'management', I will begin leaving negative reviews every time this company calls demanding to speak to the owner of my company. The unsolicited sales calls quickly become hostile when you refuse to give them any private company information, and many of their reps are very pushy and extremely rude. STOP COLD CALLING!!!

Harassing phone calls. I block their number and they keep calling on new phone numbers. You cant get an actual person on the phone with their corporate office to try and file a complaint. Ive told them numerous times to stop calling me and they just dont care.

If there was an option for 0 stars, I would give it. Stay far, far away from Unishippers. Their business model is to offer good customer service and better rates than UPS up front, then add on fees they refuse to both clarify OR dispute for you even with documentation that would otherwise resolve the issue with any other carrier (and you cannot dispute or get any info direct from UPS because Unishippers owns the account). When you ask questions about your invoice, your rep will tell you they are looking into it and will get back to you, then...crickets. The worst surprise of all? Those invoices you had questions about that no one bothered to respond to you about, somehow get deducted from your bank account via ACH without your authorization (note: we were not on auto-pay). And all the while, you continue to get aggressive sales calls from other Unishippers franchises because there's not a central brain. Hands down the worst customer service and shipping experience my company has in our nearly 20 years of business. The. Worst.

We receive multiple cold calls a week from Unishippers. The last couple of callers (mostly coming from this number and caller idea name: Davis Jonathon 9164252825) Have been rude, condescending and straight out lied about having talked to people in our company. While we are happy with the agreements we have with working with the carriers directly, we always give any a chance to bid if they would like to. I always take time to do an exact match quote and send them the rates we currently get after we get their bid, so they can see the difference in price. Today the person who called, forgot that they called Monday, insulted me and then hung up on me, and tried to say it was their first time calling us- but 10 min earlier they said there were trying to follow up on a call to our boss. I did try to contact corporate office about it, but I was transferred and then hung up on when I asked to be removed from their data base. I would love to be removed from the data base, as I am currently blocking any numbers or names from Unishippers (Also- just FYI- I was informed that the numbers are cell phones - at least the last 2 people I talked to told me that)

I couldn't believe the savings when I started using Unishippers. When I received the invoices for the 1st few shipments they were spot on with the quotes. Then came the 2nd round of invoices for the same shipments in some cases. Additional fees they claimed that Unishippers was charged by the carriers. The most recent issue involves a delivery to an area that was not highly traveled I was told. 1st the pallet took a month to actually get the my buyer. During that month in transit, they actually billed me for the delivery. I paid because I hadn't heard from my buyer so I thought it was delivered. I finally hear from my buyer who stated he still didn't have the pallet. They have now charged me for a limited access delivery fee and liftgate even though my buyer had a tractor to unload. The total for the additional charges were $995.50 CAN YOU BELIEVE IT???
