With my business, we ship every single day. Unishippers has been absolutely terrible to me. From never getting a response from my rep when I need assistance, to committing ACH fraud of over $3,000 taken from my bank account without my authorization or knowledge (it also took 4 months to even get my money back) I DO NOT recommend this company to any business or personal shippers.

Spoke with a terrible person this morning who must love his job working for a terrible company. Asked to be removed from their call list, he said "no" and then started meowing at me so he must also be a furry. Good luck getting business with sales tactics like this!

Pathetic service. No response to inquiries. Now telling my vendors I will not do any business if using this company. Wish I could give 0 stars.

Nothing but billing issues with this company. They used to be local in Minneapolis, but are now outsourced and difficult to get resolutions. We've been trying to close our account for weeks and no one responds. I would not recommend working with them!

I wish I could leave a big fat Zero! After years of working with my agent I am totally done with unishippers! Here is my few issues! One I have to message and email and call to get my pallet labels! Why should I beg to spend my money with them! Two they are violating federal law charging a percent to use your debit card. This is illegal and I am reporting them to visa. Lastly they do all kinds of add on bogus charges! My agent lost a good customer who even gave you other referrals! Products for all Inc!

THEY KEEP CALLING! Spamming our phones weekly, despite numerous conversations with 'managers' and customer relations staff, they are somehow unable to remove us from their call list. They need to be reported to the BBB and Secretary of States wherever they reside. A truly miserable, shameless company.

This company is horrible they ship my package out with Tick Tock and they are claiming that my address is not valid. It is very valid because I have received other packages from them before and they delivered to my house I have my address written in my account with Tick Tock so they know where to deliver it. I also tried calling them and I was on the phone with them for a half hour them telling me every 5 minutes that it's going to be another 2 minute wait. Next I tried going to their Distribution Hub and I put in the address to go to their Hub and the address took me to a condo in allamuchi with security. I was speaking with the security guide asking him if there happens to be a Distribution Hub in this complex and he told me no he even called the address that was listed for the company and the people responded that they have never even heard of this company. This whole situation is very suspicious and I have been waiting for my package for over 2 weeks now. This company is horrible I have no nice things to say about it and everything about them screams a scam.

Rates were not competitive with USPS Ground Advantage, so we decided to cancel our account. That was over a year ago. Initially they didn't cancel our account. Then they cancelled our account with them but not the TWO accounts they inexplicably opened for us with UPS. And they continued to automatically take money from us by ACH. We finally got them to stop taking money by ACH, but a year later they continue to send us invoices for shipments that are obviously fraudulent. Their customer service is pathetic at the local and coporate level. They will often respond to reviews like this saying to email them at a certain address, but no one responds to those emails. I have no idea how to get them to stop harrassing us, a year after we terminated our business with them. Do not fall for their sales pitch, you will regret it.
