I am not one to write reviews, but after reading all of these bad ones I had to add my two cents because I strongly disagree. I have been shipping with Unishippers for our UPS Ground shipments for just about a year now. The reviews made me really hesitant, but my rep from the Creative Control franchise in Boston, assured me she would reimburse me if I did not like what I saw. She is attentive, they have a PHENOMENAL customer service team & I have never seen an "added fee" like people are saying. My rates are the same now as they were 9 months ago. I seriously could not recommend this service any more. I am very satisfied.

I put a lot of stock in reviews typically, but after going through the sales process with my rep, I decided to go with my gut instead of what I was reading, and turns out it was the right call. They laid out exactly what kind of savings I'd see, and even 4 months into the service, they've consistently delivered. I haven't had to use the customer support yet, but I'd imagine it would be better than UPS or FedEx's.

I've used them for 3 years now. Like anything shipping related it was bumpy at first, but our rep took care of us. They are franchise based, so I know not all offices are the same, but our rep has always done right by us and communicated whenever issues arise.

My business has worked with our local Unishippers for over 2 years and have been impressed with their service and pricing. I think some reviews miss the fact that these are local, small business franchise owners and I'm sure others experiences might vary like in any other system. We have saved significantly in our shipping costs from our previous 3PL. The customer service and invoicing have been great- I have access to the customer service team to manage potential questions or issues, but also have the cell phone for my local unishippers business owner who is creative and responsive to my questions.

The customer service reps at Unishippers are fantastic. I appreciate the respectful back and forth via email and their speediness in getting things solved for us. The only issue we had was not with them but with a 3rd party truck driver they hired. Unishippers rectified the situation without inconveniencing us at all. I was super impressed with their customer service.

Kari Stancil at Unishippers is awesome! She has been more than attentive and diligent while working with us, shes responsive and so beyond helpful. Definitely made my experience with Unishippers a lot better.

Unishippers has completely revolutionized our business. They saved us considerably on our shipping costs but truly go above and beyond for their customers. I was weary after looking at the reviews but decided to give them a shot and couldn't be happier.

Great company! We use them for LTL and couldn't be happier with their prices and esp their customer service!
