Absolute rubbish company when it comes to customer service. They give you no access to navigate basic package issues and they take long or offer poor customer service or resolution when ever issues arise with the shipment. Unishipper, If you can’t offer a good middle man service to the shipping company then get out of the way! Location is in Dallas, Texas.

Unishippers Harassment by Phone
I'm a UPS customer. Unishippers claim to be a UPS re-seller. They call me and my clients constantly trying to get me to switch from my UPS account to their UPS account. All documented to my UPS account manager. Not only is this unethical it's clear that they have accessed mine and my client's details either through a leak, theft or by UPS sharing my data and that of my clients. I am not sure which. Avoid!
I can't reply to your reply, so I will here. I will send you a copy of my emails to UPS

Aggressive and annoying calls.
We have received calls from Unishipper for 5+ years. They aggressively call us almost weekly. It is at the point where it feels like spam and honestly feels illegal.

Inefficient billing, rude representatives and 30% more than others
We've used multiple shipping vendors over the years, and Unishippers stands out for all the wrong reasons. Every other carrier we work with sends a single, timely invoice. Unishippers, by contrast, has billed us 2 to 6 months after the fact, repeatedly, with no clear explanation of why their billing process takes so long.
When we questioned the charges, instead of acknowledging the problem, their team acted entitled and made us feel bad for simply asking about a bill that showed up months late. That's not how you treat a paying customer, especially one who's been in business for over 20 years and knows what normal billing practices look like. They are also at least 30% more than all the competitors.
If you're considering Unishippers, be prepared for delayed invoices and a customer service team that doesn't seem to think that's a problem. We won't be continuing to work with them.

I rarely leave reviews, but...
I rarely leave negative reviews, but after nearly 6 months of trying to resolve this privately, I feel other small business owners deserve to know what my experience with Unishippers has been like.
I have used Unishippers for well over a year, and up until recently, was very satisfied with them...
...However, in December 2025, UPS contacted me directly stating that invoices tied to my Unishippers account had not been paid and were accumulating late fees. Because I did not want my business exposed to additional penalties or collections issues, I paid UPS directly out of pocket.
The problem is that Unishippers was supposed to be handling those invoice payments. As a result, I effectively paid twice, tying up over $2,000 in cash flow from my business.
It is now almost June 2026 and the issue still has not been resolved. In fact, Unishippers has entirely removed the case from my account so I have no visibility or way to receive updates.
The most disappointing part of this experience has not been the original billing error. It has been the complete lack of accountability from Unishippers.
Matthew is the Manager of UPS Operations and has been the primary person handling this issue. Frankly, it is appalling that he oversees that role. Nearly every other Unishippers associate I interacted with — including Jacob, Tabitha, John, and Lindsey — at least attempted to be apologetic, professional, and somewhat helpful. Matthew, however, has handled this situation in a way that has been unbelievably frustrating and unprofessional.
He rarely answers his phone. I have made well over 50 phone calls attempting to get updates, clarification, or resolution. None of my calls were returned. I repeatedly requested direct updates and timelines and was largely left chasing him for answers.
What makes the situation worse is the tone and posture he takes with customers. Instead of assuming responsibility for a billing breakdown that occurred under Unishippers’ watch, he consistently shifts blame back onto the customer. Conversations often felt less like speaking to someone trying to resolve a serious operational issue and more like being professionally ridiculed for questioning why my business lost over $2,000 because invoices were not properly handled.
You know the type: never admits fault, always frames the customer as the problem, keeps himself just out of reach while implying he has been “working on it,” and constantly wriggles away from responsibility. That has been my experience dealing with Matthew.
At multiple points along the way, I explicitly requested to speak with his manager. Those requests were not just denied - they were ignored completely.
As a small business owner, cash flow matters. When over $2,000 unexpectedly leaves your business because a shipping intermediary failed to properly manage invoice payments, that is not a minor inconvenience. That affects payroll, inventory purchases, marketing, and daily operations.
I trusted Unishippers to simplify shipping and billing management for my company. Instead, I ended up spending months chasing reimbursement for money that should never have had to leave my account in the first place.
At this point, my confidence in Unishippers has been severely damaged and I am just waiting for compensation before I jump ship. Discounted shipping rates do not mean much if billing accountability disappears the moment something goes wrong.
If you are a business considering Unishippers, I strongly encourage you to read all the reviews and steer clear of these people.
UPDATE 6/15/26: After posting this review, and repeated email complaints, I was contacted by phone by Matthew's boss, Michael, who was able to issue the credit to my account in just a little over 1 week's time... Something Matthew was unable to do in nearly 6 months. Michael was kept out of the loop the entire time, and told me he wasn't sure why Matthew hadn't brought this to him sooner. Apparently, when I started with Unishippers, they were franchise owned, but when they got acquired, my account became a legacy account that had different rules attached to it - or so I am told.
I'm keeping my rating at 1 star and am taking my business elsewhere, but I think it's fair to acknowledge that this issue has been (finally) resolved.

Overly aggressive
Overly aggressive. Won't take no for an answer. Calling spouse who is not related to business. Multiple employees calling to undercut one another. No thank you! Stop calling!!! No means no and harassing family members + infighting does not improve the situation. You could have a better price and service but why would we ever consider it given your lack of respect for boundaries and poor conduct? Go waste your time bothering someone else. Better yet, choose a different strategy that doesn't prompt a bad review. Written on behalf of and in defense of my business partner.

I've received numerous spam calls from Unishippers. I just received one from 602-233-9473. The guy asked for 20 minutes of time to try to sell me on the program. I said, "I think we're ok, thank you" and he immediately hung up. That's very rude, but makes me happy we didn't go with the service.
