All I can say is BUYERS BEWARE!!! I paid nearly $2000 including extra for an appointment delivery, to have a crate shipped across the country. After hearing nothing I called yesterday to find out "oh it's here in pico Rivera and you need to schedule a delivery." A nice young lady named Alex Had me call the freight company that was carrying it. Who gave me a delivery window today from 10 AM till 2 PM. I rented a forklift and two laborers to help receive this crate and at 2 PM called to find out that it was still sitting on the dock and the delivery had never been picked up. I called unishippers and David Hames Literally told me "call the freight company back and reschedule if you want but they don't care either." Wait what?!?!?! I paid you nearly $2000 for a job which you failed to complete, and now I have to do the job for you, and you're telling me you don't care?!?! And your keeping the money I paid you???Don't blame it on the freight industry as a whole, blame it on your own personal lack of ability to run a business with even the smallest sliver of integrity or respect for your customers. This is truly one of the worst business experiences I've ever had in my life, and yes David you are correct I'm not a "regular customer" but the fact that you outright told me you don't care about your customers if they are not frequent, and will not help with a resolution for your failure or offer to get this rescheduled is appalling and embarrassing for you. What a shame; this company is an absolute joke. I'm not saying that Unishippers isn't good, but David's branch is awful and I highly recommend calling the next one on the list so you don't go through the same thing.

On Thursday 1/6 2022 we shipped a perishable package with unishippers . Due to poor weather unishippers was unable to deliver the package on as scheduled for 1/7/2022. The package was not delivered on Saturday because I was told by Meg Rogers | UPS Customer Service Manager Unishippers Customer Service Creative Control LLC dba Unishippers 888-708-7100 / 800-607-4350 To have A SATURDAY DELIVERY,” Saturday MUST BE selected at the time of label creation “… I had known the package was not going to be delivered on Friday, I would have asked for a Saturday delivery. Instead of notifying us and giving us the option, UNISHIPPERS did not deliver the package on Saturday or Sunday but held the shipment. On Monday when they attempted delivery the customer was closed. (This restaurant is closed on Mondays) Instead of returning the package to us, (the sender ) , Unishippers “ destroyed “ the package . The package was insured, UNISHIPPER so far is refusing to pay on the claim

Garbage company, it’s true what the other people say in the reviews. They quote you one thing and charge your more after it’s shipped out. Stay away from using them.

Don't expect to get charged what your quoted. They make up extra fees and charges as they go. The day our shipment was getting pickup, we got an email that we were getting charged an extra $125.00 because the shipping company had to wait in line for 20 minutes. We then looked up this company. Their policy stated that the first 30 minutes for pick-up and drop-off are considered free time. Once I brought up that I should not of been charged for them waiting 20 minutes for pick-up, the story changed. Now all of a sudden they were there for 80 approximately minutes. Needless to say I will never use them again. What a horrible way to treat new and potentially long time customers.

Terrible experience. We have used them multiple times to ship pallets and had multiple deliveries damaged beyond repair, and then they refused to compensate us. We will never ship with this company again.

the last shipment we sent via Unishippers was NOT the only "problem" shipment but by far the worst. My crew sent every piece of information possibly needed to Unishippers clarifying that our HIGHLY time sensitive freight had to leave southern Oregon and NOT stop in Portland Oregon (which is a god awful mess) as it would not make the July 26th deadline for a barge headed for Nome Alaska. They didn't bother to explain that only companies who guarantee delivery time should be used for this sort of time sensitive shipping. Central transport was listed as an option and we selected them not knowing they do not guarantee ANYTHING. The professionals should have steered us away from this and didn't. As a result our freight sat on a truck for ten days in Portland before I got mad and sent a different company to "rescue" our freight for an additional $1000.00 as Unishippers said it would cost an extra $1200.00. They did opffer to slpit that in half but by then my trust wass gone and I paid someone else the thousand dollars to move the freight 165 miles. I'm writing this today because they had the nerve to send me an invoice after we spent massive hours and $1000.00 cleaning up their mess. I suggest people go straight to the trucking companies (not Central Transport) and as we are now doing set up a two tier system for deliveries. Tier one would be a bit more expensive but would only include guaranteed delivery service for anything time sensitive. Our clients will still have the opportunity to select the less expensive "slow mode" if they are in NO HURRY WHAT SO EVER.

Unishippers is nothing more than an unethical bait and switch. I was contacted by them in July of 2020 and forwarded them copies of my FedEx bill (our discounts with FedEx are 25%-50%). Their rep basically loaded the information into an Excel sheet and quoted all our package shipments 10% lower than FedEx. I told them I would give them a 30-day trial. After a month or so of trying to get us an UPS account number that is billed through them, we finally started using UPS again billed through Unishippers. The whole billing process from beginning to end was a nightmare. None of the quotes were honored, and our staff spent several hours reconciling the Unishippers bills against the quotes. After 5 weeks of broken promises and lies I quit using them and paid the invoices what they would have cost us using FedEx (10% over their quoted price.) I explained this to their accounts receivable people and they repeatedly said our account was "0". A couple weeks later we received a bill via email stating we owe $300 for short paid invoices. I replied after 4 or 5 of these harassing emails and informed them that if I am contacted again, they can expect a negative review on every possible internet review site. Well, today I received a letter demanding the $300 or I will be sent to collections. So, I am here today to inform other businesses and individuals to stay as far away from this company as possible. I have no intention of paying $300 more to these swindlers.
