I first visited the clinic in January of this year. This was my second of the 2 visits. April 27th to 3rd May. First time round - excellent. Second time, I was not disappointed. Transfers and hotel were arranged and went according to plan. My son accompanied me, like he did first time round. He was returning for his own treatment. We were met at the clinic by Mehmet and Sedat. They were to be our point of contact. Charming and helpful young men. Nothing was too much trouble. Sedat was our interpreter and nothing was too much trouble. He listened and showed genuine concern whenever we were unsure of anything. He always manged to reassure us. The professor was in attendance also. Excellent treatment from him, as usual. I had implants, root canal treatment,extractions, fillings and 26 crowns fitted. I must say I was really impressed with the 2 dentists who attended to us. Dr Ismet and Dr Kemal. Pure genius in their field. The dental and cosmetic works went well. Very, very pleased with the result. Great care and attention was given at all times. Gulen, the photographer, again, professional with a smile. For all the reasons mentioned above, I will have no hestitation in recommending UniqueSmileTurkey. I have the highest praise for the team.

I cannot speak highly enough of this company. Their service is truly exceptional, they demonstrate a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. Not only did they provide me with a beautiful set of teeth that I absolutely love, they also went above and beyond to assist me with a challenging situation. Their support and professionalism were outstanding throughout the entire six month process. DR. Sinan Tozoģlu is incredibly kind and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. From having a free consultation in the Marriott Cardiff to flying on an £80 flight from Bristol 6 weeks later. It’s been the best decision I’ve ever made. Being a very cautious and financially astute person I had always been put off by the fake news on social media about using Turkish dentists. I had visited a few different dentist locally and around the Cardiff area, with my own dentist saying he didn’t want to take on doing the work, even though they were existing crowns and an implant, advising my best option to do Invisalign at approx £3500-£4000!! But now I’ve done it and been here myself I am more than happy 100% to be an advocate for unique smiles. The service from start to finish is excellent, far better than anything I’ve experienced in my 58 years in the UK system. It is so easy and safe that even though I took my son with me to feel safer, it wasn’t necessary, Mehmet and Narmin coordinated everything from hotels to private taxi driver from airport and every visit to the clinic. Had 3 visits during the week and everything was done and completed perfectly, I am over the moon and to be honest now considering taking my husband out to get his teeth looked after too. They are lovely people and aren't money orientated as much as Uk dentists( cost me the same for my 4 perfect front teeth as 1 uk crown)Even though I only paid for 4 of my front teeth to be realigned after paying thousands to a Uk dentist for an implant a few years earlier that literally caused a large gap a few years later, with the outstanding technology they use they were able to show me everything that was and would cause problems in years to one, but didn’t push me to have these done. The dentist spent so much time getting everything perfect and he did so much for me free without asking for any further monies. Ie. Filing a whole in a completely different tooth, filing and cleaning my teeth much better than my hygienist ever has and other small things that my dentist has never bothered to ask me about! He was such a lovely man and all the clinic staff were just so respectful from Gulen the beautiful photographer, and the girls at reception, you leave feeling you’ve made new friends. As for the naysayers who say “what if something went wrong in the following years” well I’m more than happy to fly out for a few days on a cheap flight like on a beach and spend one afternoon visiting the clinic here, than go to my uk density, which costs a fortune.

I've just had my final check up after having 25 Zirconium Crowns the whole process from start to finish was very professional I felt no pain in any of the procedure, professor Yousef my surgeon was exceptional and the finished result is truly amazing all of the staff are friendly and courteous Memhet arranged all the transfers from the hotel to the clinic and back and also from the airport and back always on time I can recommend Unique Smile to everyone and I know you won't be disappointed Thanks again to Professor Yousef and his team

I’ve had problems with my teeth and crowns that were no good, done in the UK for years, costing me a fortune! This dental surgery saved my teeth and my life (. Which was full of embarrassment and tooth pain before). I had 18 zirconia crowns, plus other work done, and I cannot tell you how incredible they are. Professional, kind, caring and they saw to my every need at all times. I’ll fly back if ever I need to, because they’re not just dentists, they’re also aesthetically trained, so you don’t get teeth that look false. The procedure is explained thoroughly, and there’s always someone with you in case you have questions! With a fabulous hotel included in their prices, I couldn’t get ONE crown done in the UK for the small amount I paid here for so many. I cannot recommend them more strongly. Wonderful, professional, caring and VERY VERY excellent results. I’m thrilled, and this is my new dentist for any treatment. They’re the best! Doing work on my teeth that UK dentist’s said can’t be done! I’m so happy. Don’t hesitate to call this practice if you need dental treatment. I can't really express my thanks to unique smile,from the initial scan in the uk to the finished product they were very friendly and very professional. I must admit that on my first visit I was extremely anxious from the transfer at the airport to the moment I sat in the dentist chair but I was treated so well by all the members of the team my fears and anxiety disappeared. The treatment was totally painless and I returned home with temporary crowns which I may add had raised my confidence already and in almost four months until I returned had no problems or pain on my return I received the exact same level of friendliness, warmth and professionalism as before.On completion of my treatment I could not be happier my smile was amazing and confidence level at an all time high so thank you the unique smile team.
