Worst experience. cant create account error SL999. you might need to rehire people in your local branch in bankerohan davao. why ?try it yourself and desguise as a customer you will understand what i mean. went there 3 times no resolution in opening an account. lady manager is just same, close minded stick with a no... it's the online app you have that is having an issue why have your clients suffer. i cnt imagine how it will be when you have an issue with your money. Ibguess that is what it is that showing in the rating...

I made a money transfer from UnionBank PH to GoTyme Bank PH. Mymoney was deducted from UB but it's not reflecting on my GoTyme Bank. There's no customer service available at midnight and the transaction details was not clear on the app.

Unbelievable how bad it is. They used to be really good but now with constant system failures and ridiculous online and phone support that is just about dodging people it seems that they are just failing. It took me 2 years to finally update my phone number . Now with a credit card otp issues. It’s super frustrating.

Union Bank Online and OTP is not working. They will block your account after 3 consecutive wrong password, but gives no option to recover it, otherwise going to the branch. Union Bank SHIT

union bank service very bad and poor service just to request update my contact number they give me a ticket case number almost 1 week no reply they give contuct number all are disconnected i was so disappointed to pay my bills im an ofw and they couldnt help me to fix my problem in my account i will never ever again to put money on that bank once my bank is fine i will remove all my money and transfer to other banks like pnb

Very poor customer service. I can't even call their hotline number due to unavailability. I tried reaching out their email and their support system in their app. I didn’t even get a reply as well. I had credit card issues and I need clarification from the amount discrepancy. So disappointed.

I doubt theres a room for improvement for their customer service. hotlines and emails are both unreliable, when you go to their branch they will just ask you to contact their customer support via email or call. very unprofessional agents in my opinion. so may issues since they serve as my payroll bank. never in my life will use union bank after this

terrible customer service. they reply late and they send you canned responses most of the time just to get rid of you and not to actually help you. i tried to open a savings account with them and it took them 3 weeks to reply to my inquiry so i ended up not doing it anymore. i had issues with my credit card and did not receive any help from them so i ended up paying late fees. that card is now cancelled. they tried to convince me not to close the card so i reminded them about the last incident where i asked for their consideration and did not get approved so this is me just returning the favor. thank god i don’t have to deal with this incompetent bank anymore!
