It is too bad that you can not do minus stars because I would give it a one minus. Worst credit card ever!! I was enrolled to receive paper statements and I have not received one since September so I call them to have 'em mailed to me plus changed it to view them online, over a week later still can't view them online nor have received my paper statement copies. Called them again after 20 min on the phone still doesn't get resolved. Save yourself many headaches find yourself a different credit card.

I called long distance informed the agent of the problem, then the call disconnected. I read the other review of the dropped call however I find it difficult to believe that the employees are not intentionally disconnecting the calls or listening but pretending there is no one on the line. You can hear the clicks of the recorder as well as brief interruptions when they open the line to hear whether there is the presence of the tone indicating the customer has hung up. Money is missing, when I do have online access I ask for an investigation and a reply but I have been ignored for nearly a year. I was told some fraudulent fees would be returned but they have not been. Bill payment drafts are not being paid on time. And are being sent from the bank in the form of checks through the mail instead of the drafts from bank account to business bank account that I set up. Weird right and I tell the bank and no reply. I have not given anyone permission to write checks from my account. Who could be doing this and why isn't the bank investigating?

Had gone to a meeting today, usually I go to these group sessions and I am comfortable with talking infront of everybody, untill today when there was a new person/volunteer who had worked there for nine years, who had never held the session before which i had attended, we all had to write our names at the beginning of the session incase of perhaps a fire etc. At the end of the session the man who had held the session proceeded to ask infront of everybody if i had dyslexia as he couldnt read my name. I am curretly healing from a broken colar bone which is why i struggle to write, not because i have dyslexia, which is also nothing i should be ashamed of if i did have it. This then made me uncomfortable and put me in two minds wether i would like to still attend these sessions as im not comfortable with being asked personal questions like that infront of everyone & especially if i had dyslexia and perhaps was ashamed of it.

First time interacting with Union Bank. Terrible experience applying for a credit card. I had to go in person to a branch, took 1.5 hrs of my day. Bad start. I did the paperwork no problem. I was told it could take up to two weeks to process. That's a long time, but I was okay with it. I called after two and a half weeks to check the status and was told that there was no record of my account or application and it was probably still processing. One week later (three and a half weeks after application) I called again and was told there was no application and I should re-apply. My Experian credit monitoring shows me that Union Bank pulled my credit, but I never heard anything from them about the credit card. I called the branch and was told that Union Bank had tried to contact me because I have a fraud alert set up on my credit and when they couldn't get through to me they declined the application. I didn't receive any contact from Union Bank informing me of any of this. I was just left hanging and now I have a hard pull on my credit with nothing to show for it. This is a terrible experience. Union Bank should leave a voicemail or send an email telling a customer how the required next steps and how to get in touch to satisfy the fraud alert requirements.

A $500 unauthorized ACH debit in our business account led me to report immediately to the fraud department. I was told to call the branch and the branch told me to call the fraud department and they told me to call the branch. Is this a runaround? At the time I was out of town and wrote the letter they requested when I returned to my office. All they had to do was reverse the charge. Now they say they won't pay it and I have to go to the trouble of suing them in court. The test of how good a bank or other company is is when there is a problem and how it is solved.

So outdated, save your time and omg rage!! This bank is 👏 they don't offer atm machine cash deposits omg no instant cashout to debit card accessibility. Instacart instant cashout takes 3 days with this bank and I paid 2$ for instant!!!

Outstanding customer service. I have not yet had to deal with a call center outside of the states. This means we deal with people who understand the English language and terminology.
